Also located on this level is the great room and kitchen — a bright and sunny core that brings families together for cooking, dining, entertaining, and simply being together. A sleek, brand-new kitchen with updated appliances and cabinets will actually make cooking family meals a delight which spills over to the expansive dining table where you can share those meals together. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with a picnic table, a lovely spot to start the day with a cup of coffee. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
