Welcome to Sugar Beach 531. This oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo can accommodate 4 people. Enjoy ocean views throughout this unit and from your private lanai. Feel right at home with everything from central AC to in unit washer/dryer, and essentials. Situated on a 6 mile stretch of white sand beach the possibilities are endless for ocean activities. The resort also features an onsite restaurant/pub, tour/rental bookings, & more. There's no better place to make your Maui memories.

Bedroom: King size bed, central AC, ceiling fan, TV, safe, and closet space.

Bathroom: Updated bathroom featuring a walk in shower, new toilet, and single sink vanity.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper couch, central AC, ceiling fan, dining table for 4, pub table for 2, and sitting chair. In unit washer/dryer located near the bathroom.

Lanai: Bistro table for two, egg swing, sun lounger, and beach gear(4 chairs, cooler, and umbrella).

The stay was very nice. The place was as described and as the pictures showed. Appreciated that the king bed was comfortable. The WiFi was good and fast. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items. The property manager was responsive. Location, location, location.

Place was cute! Communication was a bit of a problem at times. Place was kind of dirty and junked up on the deck. Opened a cooler that was provided and to my dismay it was filthy. Views are beautiful! Maybe give some attention to this property. It has potential.

Overall, the location was amazing. The pool and beach access were also amazing and well kept. However I realize that maintenance needs to happen at all times however, I think the planning and scheduling of maintenance could have been better. There were exterior painters the entire time we were there. They chose to do the fifth floor when it appeared there were absolutely no people staying on the third floor due to lack of lighting at night. It was also a holiday weekend and therefore our railings and everything in the door entrances was taped up from Thursday through Monday.As far as the unit goes itself - great views! Not very clean - used an entire container of wipes to clean light switches, door handles, thermostat, remotes, counters, and tables. Lastly, my apologies because I chose not to leave my shoes outside and the reason being is the carpet was so stained and disgusting that we opted not to walk on it with ourbare feet. All the other amenities inside the unit were fine.I had to switch out the roll of paper towel immediately because there was some red stuff all over it and we wash dishes as we use them because they clearly were not clean. Thank you to the owners, however it was a perfect location and the views were beautiful.
