Harborview CondOasis --COLOR ME FUN!--Surrounded by Waters of Clearwater Beach.

A very nice, well mannered group. The main contact for the group seemed somewhat technologically challenged failing to open attachments allowing for their very early check-in Overall good experience.

Perfectly lovely group who treated the unit with care and the property appropriately. Looking forward to they're return to fabulous CondOasis and wonderful Harborview Grande!

This family absolutely confirms why as an owner you are in this business--they communicate, they act appropriately, they are caring and kind, and most of all, they are respectful to the property and to all others. A win/win for any owner or any property manager who is fortunate to have them as guests.

This fantastic group was a pleasure to host and not only respected the condo, but the neighbors as well. And they left the place in great shape having already done some of the laundry. Any host would be well served welcoming this wonderful group.

Great group, very respectful and appropriate. They even made sure and leave a few grains of sand souvenirs behind from the sculpting event. lol Would look forward to their return for next years event!

CondOasis was fortunate to host this very wonderful and appropriate family. It's very satisfying as owner's to find that guests understand the property's great location and take full advantage of it. Any owner would benefit from this family's presence.

We feel honored and blessed by this family's spending Christmas with us. And according to staff, upon their departure, the unit didn't appear as though anyone had been there . Wonderful, respectful and most appropriate family..

Great family who knows how to get the best out of their stay at the beach. In addition to dolphins playing in the back yard, lol there have been numerous manatee siting's as they roil by the docks.

Great guests and any owner would be well benefitted by their presence. There was a glitch in check-in timing with staff having an issue at another property. At least guests had the opportunity to enter the premises and retrieve the parking pass. And cleaning staff returned to present a sparkling clean unit by regular check-in time of 4:00, but we take complete responsibility for the error in communication. From our point of view, it is never comfortable to start off on the wrong foot and it was our fault, no ifs ands or buts! Our hope is someday these fantastic guests will allow us the opportunity to serve them in the future..

Great family, just wish others in the building were as appropriate and considerate as this group. It is rare, but does happen that some guests are not thoughtful or caring of neighbors but usually security issues a harsh warning. Yet despite minor audible intrusions, this family had opportunity to relax and kick back in wonderful CondOasis.

Good constructive criticism is very valuable, my mother would always remind me. Yet in this case, after this great group issued a five star review, the criticism might be thought to be "instructive." Regarding the recommendation to increase supplies, since covid, some supplies are slight, so practice has been to get guests through at least 3 days. Sans daily maintenance like a hotel, there is no staff to replenish. As far as coffee makers, there are 2 types, a drip Mr. Coffee and a K cup Keurig. Both are serviced weekly by cleaning staff, while Keurig has no pot, it is checked for spent K cups? CondOasis would love the have these gals return and allow for us to provide additional supplies for their in home comfort.

Perfectly wonderful group. Respected the property and also respected the neighboring families. Appropriate to the Nth degree, and any owner would be benefitted by their presence. We hope to have them as guests again soon.
