Wonderful stay!

We had the best week in Clearwater staying here. Everything we could possibly need was supplied and then some! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to gather together and also have our own space! The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and we could walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We are already talking about planning another trip!

Bombshell Beach house

Celebrated my wife's birthday and New Years with my son & daughter and their significant others. This property was super comfortable for us. Located in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops. I highly recommend for Tampa Bay beach stay.

Loved it!

We loved the house the minute we walked in! It was so much more than what you see in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, close to the beach, store, and places to eat. The house provided everything we needed and our host was most gracious. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back.

Beautiful Oasis

What a lovely home in perfect location with all the amenities! It is very spacious and our host was so communicative and friendly! The 3 of us enjoyed a nice, quiet girls weekend to relax and enjoy nice walks on the beach. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful & relaxing spot in Clearwater

We loved everything about this waterfront condo -- it is beautifully decorated, perfectly appointed, and very clean. Beautiful views from the decks on every level, a short walk to the beach and fun restaurants. Communications with the owner were speedy and accommodating. We're bookmarking this property for future trips to Clearwater.

Amazing Place

What an amazing place with every amenity you could imagine, right on the water in Clearwater Beach. We celebrated our friends 60th birthday party, we were able to park our boat in the boat slip. Clean, great location and absolutely stunningly beautiful on the inside. I will rent this place again!!

Awesome Family Week

8 days of sun & fun at this beautiful property! We enjoyed the quiet inlet view with dolphins! The pool was excellent. We loved the close proximity to the beach, great restaurants & fun excursions from the marina! This property has open air doors, amazing showers, a handy washer & dryer along with & gorgeous kitchen! It was the perfect place for our family’s Spring Break!

Top-notch accommodations by this owner! Great view of the boats/water, close walk to the beach and beautifully decorated property which felt comfortable as soon as we walked in! This VRBO has all needed items making it feel like “home- away from home” to relax and enjoy vacation. Owner was amazing with communication as well!

Beautiful home away from home

We just spent a week at this beautiful townhome. We had a wonderful time! There is plenty of room to spread out and great spaces to be all together. The owner was great to work with, very responsive and very helpful. The house was well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. We would definitely recommend this home and will definitely stay there again.

This property is absolutely perfect! It has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location could not be better. Billy was so helpful. He really wants his tenants to have an amazing stay!!! I would highly recommend this property!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Great location + easy access + beautiful house

Everything about this house was perfect. We hosted a mastermind retreat and the location and amenities were amazing. The house was fully stocked, the owners super responsive and the decor and layout just gorgeous. We will definitely be back. The attention to detail was nothing I have ever seen in a rental before.

The host, Billy did everything to make our stay amazing. We’ve rented several places before but this was the first time, he reached out to give his cell number and when we reached out for any requests, he was so responsive. He allowed early arrival and late check out to coincide with our flight times. The place had everything we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Our favorite thing was the patio, we hung there most of the weekend, looking at the water and visiting with our family. We definitely want to return to Clearwater and stay at this rental again. The location with being able to walk everywhere was amazing. Everyone in our party loved it and would recommend this property.

Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed at this home for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the owners are. They went out of their way to come fix a minor issue and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. It is evident they genuinely care about making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We all loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for any group looking for a memorable, hassle-free getaway!

Wedding on the beach

We rented the property with our kids for our wedding on the beach. The house is amazing and perfectly located with a short walk to the beach, marina, and local restaurants. The house is well maintained and tastefully furnished and decorated. The host contacted us prior to the rental start date and was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will always have this home in our memories and had a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

The perfect stay

This place was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable , it was well stocked, and the views were amazing. The beds were so comfortable we all decided we wanted to purchase them for our own homes. They had drinks already in the fridge when we arrived and the master has a coffee maker and cooler for water. It was a short walk to the beach and they had chairs for us to use which was wonderful since we flew into Clearwater. The house was beautifully furnished inside and out. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The only thing one may need to know is that it is three floors with all the bedrooms on the third floor. We were celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday and thankfully she is in great shape!

The house is in a prime location with beautiful ocean views. It’s a great house with plenty of space for a family of 5. Shops, the beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance, especially Pier 60. I will add that the house's interior and furniture show a lot of wear and tear, which were not captured in the pictures posted in the listing. The owner needs to address some items: non-functional kitchen cabinets, non-working bar fridges, rusty garbage cans, dirty bed furniture (main bedroom), and dirty linens. The washer and dryer must be replaced—the door handles were a struggle.I would highly recommend providing better user-friendly check-in instructions, provide operational guides, etc.

BEYOND 5 STARS!!!

WOW! This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in and we have traveled all over the world! We highly recommend! It is beautifully decorated, sophisticated with high end finishes and furniture and much more gorgeous in person. There are lovely views from all 3 floors. The neighborhood is great and quiet and close to all the main attractions. Easy walk to everything! The Bedrooms are all on the 3rd floor but the steps are not bad. My 86 year old Mom had no problem. The Sunrise and Sunsets are beautiful from any of the balconies. The Gourmet Kitchen is amazing and has all you need. Bathrooms and Showers super nice. Garage can hold one Car. Very easy to park. Owners are fantastic with great communication and there if you need anything! This property was worth every dime we paid and we would have gladly paid more although I hope the price stays the same as it provides an outstanding value on a stunning property. We will definitely be back!! Don't hesitate to book this property...you will be glad you did!
