New Beach House on the Chesapeake Bay. Entire 2500 SF Home, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Three King size bedrooms, third floor with 2 Sofa Beds. One Full kitchen and one Kitchenette. House on the dune 40 steps to the sandy beach. Balcony view of bay for sunrise coffee & sunset wine. New & old homes surround this newly built home in "East Ocean View." Restaurants short walk, more only a two min. drive. Summer Sailing regattas on Weds. and Sun. evenings, live music at the Pavilion.
The space
3 King size bed Bedroom , 3.5 bathrooms, Third floor has 2 sofa beds, first floor has nice kitchenette, City of Norfolk requires outdoors security cameras.
Guest access
Entire house and yard.
Other things to note
No late loud parties. No loud music outside. No crowds. Off street parking. Outdoor security cameras at entrances and driveway.

Excellent Host! The check in process an eaze! The house is as described super clean! The host provided more than enough accommodations and even leaves a nice treat for their guest! The location is excellent right by the stairs to the beach! Will definitely book again.

Great Location

The property provided us with a great location to visit local family while in the area. The house was nice and clean but needed a few minor repairs and updates, but overall a great place to relax. The house was located at the end of a street that provided direct beach access. The homeowner also had several beach style chairs available if needed. This was great. The neighborhood during our stay was quite and at a good location for us. The property manager communicated with us very well and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would stay here again.

Nice place but could be better.

Nice house but furnishings look like they all came from Goodwill. Bath towels were old beach towels. Glasses were a mix of leftovers. House not as clean as is could be. A lot of owner possesions. Breakfast provisions were a nice touch.

We Like our furniture. People have different preferences. We have hundreds of 5.0 reviews from a different platform we have used for years. We are new to booking.com. This is not a luxury beach house, but we think it is very nice and steps to a family friendly beach makes it amazing. We are happy to host guests who are visiting our area and enjoy a house on the water.

There was no light breakfast for morning as stated.There were ants that were anoying, not bad But anoying.There was no tv on first level although thereIs one on 3rd level. Third level is useful only for sleeping, not muchElse.
