If you will be working in the medical field, we are also minutes away from the Medical District and all major and local hospitals such as Methodist University, LeBonheur, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Regional One.

This side of the duplex has 2 spacious & inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a plush queen-size bed. Wake up refreshed for another day of adventures. One of the bedrooms has a desk with accessible outlets and wifi for those who need a workspace. The bathroom has a bath/shower combo with a small vanity. Storage space is available for your toiletries. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix provided. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra two extra guests. The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances and kitchenware. Less than 1.2 miles from the Broad Avenue District; featuring shops, restaurants, the Wiseacre Brewery, the Memphis Zoo and Overton Park, the Liberty Bowl and the Brooks Museum of Art, and the shops and restaurants in Overton Square. Less than 2 miles from the shops, restaurants, and the Memphis Tap Room Brewery in the Cooper-Young District and the shops and restaurants in the Sears Crosstown building. Less than 5 miles from the downtown attractions of Stax and Sun Records, Beale Street, the Orpheum Theater, FedEx Forum, Autozone Park, Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, the National Civil Rights Museum, and the Old Dominic Distillery. There are multiple fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucks less than a mile from the Hollywood House. If you're traveling to check out our university; CBU is 1 mile from our location and the U of M is only 2 miles away. The Memphis Airport is a 10-minute drive and Elvis' Graceland is a 15-minute drive.
