Parking is free and plenty available on the street and around the corner
-Security Cameras with voice recording are place in front of the garage , at the main door , around the backyard will be on 24/7 during all guests reservation for security purposes and evidence of possible house rule violations
- My goals is to provide with a nice, safe, clean, quiet , comfortable, and drama free environment so you can relax and rest after a hard day traveling/ working

Lovely place. Nice neighborhood. Neat outdoor covered kitchen space with washer and dryer. Plenty of beds. Nice bathroom. Big tv. Good internet. Plenty of towels. Host is responsive to messages. Locking entry gate. My only complaint is that there were no top sheets on the beds so I hope the blankets are washed too. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little place

Great communication, very clean, and open space. Nice back yard to just lounge. Very responsive on any issues. We had a clogged shower drain on day 3 of our stay and she had someone come fix it within an hour. You can't ask for better service. Phenomenal hospitality.

Quiet and relaxing

Our stay at Jessica's place was very quiet and relaxing and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do locally. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The guest house was easy to access. It had all the features as described which was everything we needed. It was the perfect size for the three of us. The kitchen area, bathroom and living area contained all the essentials. We did not run into any issues at all. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
