Indulge in your own private slice of paradise at this gorgeous Outer Banks oasis. Boasting an unbeatable location 1000 feet from the beach, this beautiful home comes complete with a private pool, hot tub, furnished outdoor areas, and a billiards table for endless pleasure and leisure.

Fill your days with sun-soaked fun around the private pool or grab your gear for an easy stroll down to the neighborhood beach access point at the end of the cul-de-sac. The home is equipped with a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater. The private hot tub provides the perfect place to start or end each day with a soothing dip.

Inside, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV, or challenge friends and family to a few rounds of pool in the downstairs game room. A wet bar, fridge, and dishwasher are equipped for mixing up your favorite happy hour libations. There's also a second smart TV in the game room for flexible home entertainment. The open-concept kitchen showcases a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space for easy meal planning and prep. Seating options include a breakfast bar along with indoor and outdoor dining tables. All bedrooms on the second and third floors feature direct balcony access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Island Oasis Rental Property

Our family had a wonderful time at Island Oasis. We had a wonderful at the beach and we did site seeing. The weather was hot and humid but we had the pool and hot tub for everyone to enjoy when we weren't at the beach. This was the first vacation for our puppy and she had a great time. We would love to come sometime in the near future, beautiful place and wonderful people.

Island Oasis

We absolutely loved the deck off the family room. It was great for viewing sunsets over the sound. This house had great amenities and a great location for the price. We will be booking this house again next year!

The home was very nice. Upon arrival we noticed a lot of issues with the cleanliness of the home. The appliances were not cleaned well, bathrooms, and floors left unclean. The grill was left filthy and had no propane left in it. The AC on the main floor was not working and when we looked at the temp control it said it needed new batteries. (Should have been checked ahead of time.) The response of the management was good with the AC issue & the grill issue. The house itself is good for families and has plenty of room. The decks were nice. The pool & hot tub were also nice, although no one came to service the pool during our stay as they have done in other rental homes. The walk to the beach is @ 5+ minutes or so although it’s at the end of the street and over a path of boards through the dunes, I recommend a beach wagon or cart to haul your groups’ items. We loved Salvo as it was quiet & peaceful. Thank you for hosting our family.

Amazing Home!

The home is PRISTINE! It is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Every room has its own balcony. Tons of communal/family rooms, as well as private spaces to accommodate everyone! At the end of the street the house is on, is a path that leads straight to the beach! Absolutely wonderful stay!!!! Hope to be back again!

Beautiful house, private pool, great for dining and hanging with family

The house was very roomy and newer. We loved the fenced in yard, the inground, pool and hot tub for gathering late at night and with the whole family. It was nice for the dogs too! The walk to the beach was a bit much with a wagon and kids. We drove down to 25 and parked on the beach. The pool was dirty when we got there but they sent someone The same day. We did not have WiFi most of the week. It continued to go out. Overall, it was a nice dead end street and beautiful home.

Great place for family trip!

To get a few negatives out of the way first: This property has a LOT of stairs, please do not book if you have folks with limited mobility. This is not a "walk right over to the beach" property, just fyi. We are very irritated with the current trend of a 5pm check-in at so many places (I travel a lot and 3pm used to be the standard)...this cuts so much into our first day and left a bad taste--it is a very petty and stingy thing to not allow access until 5pm imo. Positives (far outweigh): This house was absolutely gorgeous! We loved so many things about it; we were here for a family Thanksgiving. There is ample parking and the house was easy to find. We loved having ample bedrooms with *real* beds for all the adults. Teens got the bunkbed room. The multi-level floor plan was great for being able to get away for solo time or hanging with a few folks. The basement has a pool table that we enjoyed. The hot tub was functional and clean, so we loved sitting out there in the cold night, watching shooting stars. The kitchen and dining room were blissfully LARGE which was great for our big family gathering. I also loved that the kitchen was stocked with a huge amount of quality plates, glasses, cups, and silverware (too many hosts stock with cheap stuff!). The house is just gorgeous and tastefully decorated. Many balconies and great views! The management company was very responsive to questions. I would definitely book this house again.

Great house layout, needs a better cleaning crew

Beds were great, loved the layout. Walk to the beach access was manageable (young kids rode scooters). The dunes are large and might be the longest/hardest part of the walk. I’ve reported to Vacasa improved cleaning that needs to happen (dusting, cleaning under furniture, checking closets/washing machine for forgotten clothes). The grill needs to be replaced, it is unacceptable (electric starter wouldn’t work and there was no grease trap) we quickly ran to dollar general and obtained a lighter while calling to report issue. They sent someone out who brought an extra tank of propane (not the problem) and basically said that the grill was shot but that it would be up to the owner to replace. He brought more lighters too. We thrifted a grease trap from neighbors throwing away their grill. Blackstone was gone and needs to be removed from the listing if not being replaced. WiFi and cell service in the area is tough, but it’s vacation so it was kind of useful for helping us disconnect. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed many things about the house.
