Live in luxury in the heart of the action of vibrant Saugatuck at this cheery two king bedroom, two bathroom cottage. Plenty of room for your nearest and dearest in the open concept living space, outdoor table, screened in porch, and fire pit! Walk to restaurants, shopping, art galleries, parks, and the beautiful waterfront. You’ll also be a short drive from award winning beaches, hiking trails, wineries/breweries, and you-pick orchards and berry farms!

We love our pets! We invite you to bring up to 2 doggies.
Our pet fee is $145 and will include a Pet Basket for you to use during your stay: food and water bowls, waste bags, lavender pet shampoo, pet stain remover, puppy towel, and a little treat :) Woof Woof!
Please reach out at the time of booking so we can approve your doggy guest stay and prep the home for their arrival.

Cancellation Policy: We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. Our Cancellation Policy may vary slightly from policies listed on third party booking platforms and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on those platforms. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should the need to cancel your reservation occur outside of the allotted window. (this is applicable for VRBO, Bookingdotcom, and Direct Bookings)

The Saugatuck Township Interurban Transit Authority offers pick-ups and drop-offs for only $1 each way to anywhere in Saugatuck Township. Simply call in the moment or ahead and reserve a time and pick-up/drop-off location and your chariot awaits!
