This private Fort Lauderdale compound features two separate homes on one fully fenced property — perfect for groups, families, or anyone wanting privacy and space. You'll enjoy exclusive access to the heated pool, outdoor lounge, gym, and both homes during your stay. Both units have their own washer/dryer, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and workspaces, plus they have their own driveways and entrances.
🏡 Main Home (3BR/2BA):
• Fully updated kitchen + breakfast bar
• Convertible dining/game room with ping-Pong + pool table
• 3 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 7 comfortably)
• 2 modern bathrooms with spa-like touches
• Smart TVs in every room (50”+), plus Xbox in living room
🛏️ Guest House (1BR/1BA):
• Full kitchen + private bath
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Spiral staircase to lofted King bed + desk & partial water views

• No cameras inside or in private backyard areas

🚭 No smoking of any kind is allowed—indoors or outdoors—anywhere on the property.

We want you to feel relaxed and at home — and we’re confident you’ll be wonderful guests! That said, this is a privately owned property in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
• Primary guest must be 30+ and present during the stay (no third-party bookings).
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• This home is not child-proofed (no outlet covers, baby gates, or infant gear). Please supervise young children closely.
• Do not move furniture or décor.
• Please clean up after yourselves — supplies provided!
• Noise ordinance in effect from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM:
➜ “No sound shall be plainly audible for more than 1 minute at a distance of 25+ feet from the property line.”
• Do not tamper with Wi-Fi, security cameras, noise or smoke detectors.
• No parties or gatherings over 10 people on the property.
• Max 3 vehicles — driveway parking only (no grass or street parking).
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. A $500 fee + damages applies for violations.
• No pets allowed. A $500 fee + damages applies if violated.
• Nearby docks are private property — please do not park or walk onto them.
• Use outdoor amenities at your own risk. We don’t provide safety gear (e.g., helmets, life jackets).
