Beautiful 2 BD 2 BA Beach Front Condo on Indian Rocks Beach! Pelicans Cove!

Welcome to our beautifully furnished beachfront condo!

This condo has everything you need!! The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV and has an adjoining Bathroom with a walk-in closet! The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV and a large closet. The 2nd bathroom is right next to the 2nd bedroom and has a shower and bathtub.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need while on vacation!

There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The condo high speed internet and cable.

There is a closet located in the parking area that holds everything you will need for the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas, kayak!

Along with the beach, there is also a swimming pool for you to enjoy!

We can't wait for you to come stay!!

Star stay……

Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short but out host Melissa was exceptional in making things go smoothly. She bent over backwards to help us and we can’t thank her enough.

Awesome place!

Our family of 4 had the best vacation staying at this condo! It was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. Short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with owner was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Excellent location, close to everything, has all the amenities you need, and super clean. The host, Melissa, was a pleasure to deal with. She’s friendly and very responsive. We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful condo, perfect location, the best host!

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo! It has been beautifully updated, was spotless and well-appointed, and had everything we needed for our two week stay. We loved the extra personal touches like the throw blankets, books, and board games, which made us feel at home. The location of this condo is perfect, a close walk to everything yet quiet and away from the crowd. Our family has been coming to IRB every summer for over a decade and this building is in our favorite location. We’ve even stayed in this building a few times before - and THIS was our favorite unit and stay yet! We loved the proximity of the balcony to the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids and watch the gorgeous sunsets! On top of everything, our host Melissa was truly wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we had our check-in info and was prompt with communication when someone from the property needed to access our unit. She was super kind when we had a glass mishap, and just overall great to work with. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Book this gem! Just leave a few weeks open for us - we’ve found the place we will now return to every year! :)
