The area surrounding the home is a vibrant neighborhood that combines student life with local businesses, parks, and cultural attractions. The Baylor area is filled with apartment buildings, student housing, and single-family homes. The streets are lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or shop. The nearby Brazos River provides opportunities for outdoor recreation, and Cameron Park is a popular spot for picnicking and hiking. The neighborhood has a strong community feel and is a great place for students and families alike.

Waco is a city where it is best to have a car but UBER is available. If you would like to stay in you can order door dash or 1 block away is an iconic pizza joint called shorties. Walk over and take a pizza to go or grab a slice with the locals.
Property House Rules
1. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR IN THE BUILDING. This is per the owner of the building and if caught, you may be subject to a fine of $500.
2. Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy as described on the listing.
3. Guests agree to having NO LOUD PARTIES on the property. Please respect our neighbors and other residents. Any excessive, lewd, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated, and such may be cause for immediate removal or otherwise.
4. We DO NOT allow pets. While we love animals of all kinds, we do this out of respect for other guests that may be allergic.
5. Check in is 4pm-10pm. Check-out is no later than 10am.
6. Guests are responsible for the security of all contents in the condo during their stay.
7. Mandatory quiet hours are 10pm-10am

Wonderful place to stay in Waco!

We loved our stay at The Pear! It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s located close to downtown Waco and Baylor University, both convenient places for us. We loved the cute decor and modern upgrades and there was plenty of parking in the rear. The owners were great - easy to work with and excellent communication. We will definitely stay here again if we return!
