Family fun!

Enormous house built for a large family with all the toys and entertainment you could want - pool, hot tub, indoor hoops, large kitchen and plenty of beds and bathrooms. It's a great staging area for trips into Zion Park. A fun, must-do attraction is the Zion Hot Springs right down the street.

Perfect setup

We loved the layout of the house, each bedroom having an attached bathroom really helps when a group this size is staying together. Ideal vacation spot. We plan on returning.

Favorite vacation rental in the St. George area!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful vacation home in southern Utah. It's clean, roomy, and laid out well for groups to gather in one space or to spread out on the main floor, upstairs, outside, etc. The beds are SO comfy. We love how close it is to so many cool places in the area (Zion, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon). We appreciate the well-stocked kitchen items that make cooking for a group easy and it's super convenient to run to the nearby massive Walmart to get anything you need! Our teens had so much fun playing pool volleyball in the back yard and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Highly recommend!! We'll be back for our kids' soccer tournament this winter!

Perfect Home for a Fall Break Vacation

We had a wonderful time spending our kids' fall break in southern Utah with friends and this house was so great. The heated pool and hot tub in the back yard was perfect since the air temps were in the 60s and 70s while we were there. We enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts in the neighborhood. There were lights for playing at night and the house had some paddles to use. Our kids loved the new ice cream/coffee shop with Blue Bell ice cream near the pickleball courts. We had a great time climbing around on the red rocks around the reservoir at Sand Hollow. Some of us mountain biked in Hurricane and loved that. There is so much to do close to the house! We would like to try the nearby ropes course but didn't have time this trip. The house felt new, clean and nicely organized. There were lots of fun board games for groups. It worked really well for a few families staying there together.

Dream vacation home

This home was the perfect setting for family and friends to gather and make lifelong memories. Good location between national parks. Very well stocked from kitchen to pool towels. Excellent layout for large groups with everyone having their own space. Clean and spacious. Owner thought of everything from games to comfort. Was hard to leave this dream home.

Great spot for our family reunion in southern Utah!

We loved it!! The house was so spacious, well organized, and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The home's amenities were perfect for my grandkids of all ages - we spent lots of time in the large back yard pool as well as the community pools. The hot tub was roomy and nice. It was well stocked with bath towels and pool towels so we didn't have to worry about bringing those! The kids had fun with the ping pong table, corn hole, and board games stocked at the house. There are great restaurants in the area - we loved nearby River Rock Roasting Company (coffee shop with pastries and great lunch items), Pig's Ear (good salads and other good lunch/dinner food) and Red Fort (Indian food). Cooking at the house was also convenient. We can't wait to come again in the future!

Sand Hollow Sunrise February stay

Just returned from staying at the best vacation home we've ever stayed in!! It was super clean, incredibly well-equipped with absolutely everything anyone could need, and lots of fun activities for kids! Ensuite bath for every bedroom, kitchen equipped with absolutely everything, and a beautiful pool and hot tub to enjoy in lovely February weather in southern Utah. You can't go wrong staying here!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

Great Place for Families

We absolutely loved this property. We had 3 families all with multiple kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also enough space to spread out in our own areas! The kids loved having their own private pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking! There were lots of games at the house, as well as community areas to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of seating for everyone! There were also great local restaurants for nights out! We found great places to hike locally and an easy drive to Zion. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a large group!

Such an awesome place to stay!

I loved our stay here! The place was so cosy yet I never felt squished in with all the people we had. The location was beautiful and the kitchen perfect for everything we needed. Beautiful home!

I absolutely loved the bunk rooms, so fun for groups of kids or adults. Bathroom in every room is so nice. The pool is heated and so fun for a January vacation. Clean and new and nice. Also, the view is absolutely stunning. Loved it!

Excellent stay in Elim Valley

Loved our stay in this beautiful, clean new home! The kitchen is very well stocked, and I loved the little extra touches like plenty of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. The heated pool on a cold February weekend was a total hit for everyone! The hot tub was so clean and the water was clear - obvious to see the pool company is taking care of things. The Ultimate Southern Utah Vacation House

We LOVED spending our Spring Break in this house! So many amenities and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Our boys loved being close to the sand dunes to ride their dirt bikes and Razors. When they weren't out exploring new trails they were in the pool playing volleyball and having epic ping pong competitions at the house. This was the perfect gathering place for friends and family to have dinner and hang out in the evenings. We hope to stay again!!

Our group of 15 stayed at the Sand Hollow Sunrise this past weekend and found it fresh, roomy, and delightful! The heated pool was a hit with it's fountains, volleyball, and colored light ambiance. The Perfect Utah Get-Away

This house was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, roomy, and set up for fun! This spot was perfect for our family get away, but I could also see it being so fun for girls/guys trips, roommate reunions, or even business retreats. Close to lots of fun hiking and nature activities, but honestly it was hard to leave the house with all the swimming, gaming, ping-pong playing etc we all did together.

Fantastic spot for families

We had a great time with our young tween boys. Very clean and comfortable house. Plenty of board games and video games. The pool was a big hit where there were plenty pf pool toys as well as a hot tub. We also tried out the community pool nearby which was super fun and the pickleball court was also a popular spot for us. I liked how close we were to a lot of fun things to do. Highly recommend for families or large groups wanting to have a place to be together and make memories.
