Stayed 5 days and had a blast. Wonderful pool and back yard area with plenty of shade. Spacious home and great lounge area in the living room. Also appreciated the good WiFi/internet connection since we had some days for remote work including video calls. All worked well.

The lower check-in rating was due to being given the wrong address. After a long drive from SLC with little kids, this was frustrating. The answering service took a while, but luckily I had a number to text and they provided the correct address.We stayed with several families for a wedding and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, spacious, and the kids loved the pool and game room. The outdoor pool area could use some upkeep, but we had seen that mentioned in a previous review, so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, a great space for families.

Beautiful, clean and spacious house that accommodated two families easily. The pool and splash pad were great for the kids and it’s conveniently located close to Sand Hollow reservoir and Zion. Would highly recommend.

We fell in love with this home for our trip. Has amazing commodities and everything your could need away from home. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us. We did notice that the toilet still had some leftover urine

This was our third time to the area and this was our favorite house so far. Plenty of space inside and out for our four-person family. Hot tub is old and janky but works. Back patio and outdoor space were great. Boys were thrilled with the third stall game room.

Loved the house. The amenities were great, the pool, the game room. Large amount of space for the family to spread out and enjoy the holiday weekend. Only hiccup was that my husband and I did not like the bed in the master bedroom. The foam topper made the bed uncomfortable and the sheets to slip off every time one of us rolled over. Everything else about the house and stay were perfect.

The home was great overall, but we were disappointed to find that the game room was not air-conditioned, as this wasn't mentioned in the listing. With temperatures in July, the room was too hot to use. We were traveling with five teenagers, and the game room was one of the main reasons we selected this property, so it was unfortunate that they couldn't enjoy it. Updating the listing to clarify this would be very helpful for future guests.

We completely understand how disappointing that was, especially when traveling with five teenagers and choosing the property in part because of the game room. It fit all our needs. Pool, hot tub and splash pad were nice to have right in the back yard. Loved the outdoor seating for entertaining. Great communication with host when we needed assistance. It is out a ways, but it worked well for us. We would stay again!

Great family stay. Family of five had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. The game room became the highlight for the boys. Pool during the day and hot tub at night was perfect. The set up made it enjoyable to relax inside and out.

Nice home.

Very nice home. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location if you want to go to Sand Hollow. We loved the landscaping in the pool area. Felt very cozy and tropical. The house is well loved and needs a few minor updates or fixes. But overall an excellent experience.

This was a great home for our family. Our kids loved the game room, the pool and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, as was the whole atmosphere of the entire house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was great prior to checking in and during our whole stay. My one complaint, the owners request that no shoes be worn in the home. This was not noted in the listing. As someone who has foot issues, I had to go buy slippers to wear while there.

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend the house was great. The accommodations were great in the pool hot tub and splash pad were well. Enjoyed by all. Highly recommend this home for families.

Perfect Pool Home!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. During the end of June heat the pool was the perfect, the AC worked great and beds were comfy. We'd stay again for sure!

Nice home. We were there for a golf trip and didn’t use much. Just the jacuzzi and it worked great. We used the stove and the main 3 ring burner did not work as it should and needs attention. Water pressure not the greatest but I get it’s southern Utah and that might not be a thing. Still a nice home and the price was great. I would stay there again.
