This was our third time to the area and this was our favorite house so far. Plenty of space inside and out for our four-person family. Hot tub is old and janky but works. Back patio and outdoor space were great. Boys were thrilled with the third stall game room.

It fit all our needs. Pool, hot tub and splash pad were nice to have right in the back yard. Loved the outdoor seating for entertaining. Great communication with host when we needed assistance. It is out a ways, but it worked well for us. We would stay again!

Very nice home. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location if you want to go to Sand Hollow. We loved the landscaping in the pool area. Felt very cozy and tropical. The house is well loved and needs a few minor updates or fixes. But overall an excellent experience.

Great family stay. Family of five had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. The game room became the highlight for the boys. Pool during the day and hot tub at night was perfect. The set up made it enjoyable to relax inside and out.

Nice home. We were there for a golf trip and didn’t use much. Just the jacuzzi and it worked great. We used the stove and the main 3 ring burner did not work as it should and needs attention. Water pressure not the greatest but I get it’s southern Utah and that might not be a thing. Still a nice home and the price was great. I would stay there again.

Nice play to stay

Home was nice, clean and well appointed. However, there are areas that are lacking. The ping pong table did not have any balls that were not broken or dented and the paddles were trashed. The TV's in the game room didn't have remotes with volume controls and there was no way to adjust them. The large burner on the stove does not work properly (couldn't even cook an egg on it) and the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all to us. The pool and hot tub were great - very relaxing after golf and hiking, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and central to all we did. If these small items got fixed, I'd give it 5 stars.

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend the house was great. The accommodations were great in the pool hot tub and splash pad were well. Enjoyed by all. Highly recommend this home for families.

Perfect Pool Home!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. During the end of June heat the pool was the perfect, the AC worked great and beds were comfy. We'd stay again for sure!

Our short reservation was well accepted and the hosts communicated quickly with us.Accommodations were very nice, but maybe lacking in details.There was no guest information book, missing a TV remote, and the place had tons of spiders and beetles. It would have felt a bit more lux if the place was sprayed for bugs and thoroughly swept and blown out.

House was nice,besides location, backyard and pool was our main reason for booking. We had a couple issues. First, the red sands app took us to the wrong house. I called red sands and a helpful employee got us to the right address. When we arrived there was a mess of extension cords and power tools lying in the back yard. I picked up everything and stowed it in the pool shed. A shower broke on our second day and the water would not shut off. A tech showed up at 10 at night to get the water shut off. Kudos to him. He was friendly and did a great job, aldo came back and fixed the shower a few days later while we were at bryce canyon. We enjoyed the yard during the day but the amount of roaches and ground beatles in the yard at night was disturbing. Every morning i used a toy shovel to scoop up a dozen or more dead carcasses into the bushes. I turned on the patio light one night and couldn't believe my eyes. Dozens of roaches and other bugs kept us from using the yard after dark. We did not find any bugs in the house, until the last day when packing i found a live roach in the kitchen. We did make the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed Hurricane and all of Utah that we saw. We were dissappointed not being able to swim at night or enjoy the firepit or patio after dark. We probably won't be using red sands again due to this experience.

Great place, nice pool!

We very much enjoyed staying here. And we would do it again. The home was spacious, clean, and we loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Great Trip

Family vacation

House was exactly what everyone was looking for. Close to great national parks and great golf courses. The house had great features. The pool was perfect as well as the game room.
