Very nice set up, bath rooms/showers were far better than I could have expected. Comfortable bed as well!

We really enjoy coming to stay at Lumen because it’s tucked away in a quiet, wooded area with a beautiful pond and a river. The tiny cabins are always clean and beautiful with lots of windows and even a dog bed and bowl if you’re traveling with your pet. The only drawback this trip is that there was a wedding just on the other side of the trees from our cabin, so it would have been nice to know to expect that in advance. The good news is that they were quiet by the regular quiet hours. We also had to wait a while to get a response about the WiFi information. Otherwise, it was a wonderful trip. It is somewhat pricey for a longer stay though. The bath house is always very clean, and at some point I’m going to try one of those saunas!

Thank you for returning to Lumen and for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad you continue to enjoy the peaceful setting, clean cabins, pet-friendly touches, and bathhouse. We’re sorry the wedding nearby came as a surprise and that you had to wait for the Wi-Fi information. We appreciate you pointing this out, and we’ll continue working to make communication and advance notice as seamless as possible. We hope you get a chance to try the sauna on your next visit! We’d love to welcome you back again.
