Luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Home with Outside Deck, Parking, and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS from the Upstairs Living Room as well as 2 of the 3 bedrooms. This home is without a doubt, one of the nicest beachfront rentals in the city of Newport Beach.
Our home includes Smart TV, WiFi, In-Home Fireplace, BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.
Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA.
This home is beautifully remodeled and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. This Upper level home has a Balcony equipped with seating for evenings spent watching the ocean and enjoying one of our many beautiful California Sunsets.
B Unit (Upper) Master Bedroom 1- King Bed + en suite Bathroom
B Unit (Upper) Bedroom 2 - (1) Queen Bed
B Unit (Upper) Bedroom 3 - (2) Twin Beds
(Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the hallway bathroom while the Master Bedroom has an en suite bath)
Stack-able washer and dryer is located in the hallway and is free of charge.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no deck access after 10 pm.
- No access to the ground floor patio.
- Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 6 people. (10 pm - 7 am)
- Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 8 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- This is the 2nd Floor of an Oceanfront Duplex. This home does have (1) flight of stairs to enter the home.
-This home does not include the use of the lower patio. Only as a cut-through for direct beach access.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
-In the winter season, coastal sand remediation projects often take place on the beach adjacent to the property
(1) Covered Carport Parking Spot behind the garage. Garage is used for beach storage items (beach chairs, umbrella, storage for your bikes etc) Height 6 feet (72 inches) width 7 feet X 9 inches) (93 Inches)
Compact and mid size vehicles recommended. All 3rd row vehicles must park on nearby public street parking.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Children Must Be supervised at all times especially when outdoors with access to the beach.
