Directly in front of beach access at 49th Street, the chic soft-contemporary residence was rebuilt down to the studs in 2018 and now showcases on-trend style and appointments, including pocket and fold-away glass doors that open the main level to sunny view patios. Three bedrooms and two baths are featured, including an 1,900 square foot luxury Villa , Multiunit.

Lovely condo in a great location. This 2nd floor unit had a great view of the beach/water even though it’s located a row back. The unit itself was super clean , bright and well maintained. Bedrooms were very quiet with comfy beds. There are restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

Beautiful home - Great location

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations with its great decor and modern amenities. Located in a fantastic neighborhood, it’s just feet from the beach and the home has amazing views. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home, great location!

We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family (adults and teens), and the communication of the owner was timely and efficient. The house is in a great location - close to everything! We will be back! Thank you!

The location was perfect and close to the beach! The place was very clean and well kept. We liked the bedroom arrangement. We would have liked a dresser in the second king bedroom with twin bed for clothing. The front door lock was difficult to work. The ceiling fan in one of the master bedrooms would turn off after one minute of being on high. We were not able to utilize the AC on our own. We were not able to utilize the elevator for bring up luggage. Other than that, we would definitely stay again anytime!

We appreciate your comments and just wanted to clarify a few things to help future stays be even more comfortable. We are always available to assist our guests with all amenities, including the AC, which is fully available for use — we’re happy to guide anytime if needed. The villa offers three bedrooms with two large closets for storage, and the elevator is fully operational as well. Occasionally it can be a bit unfamiliar at first, but we’re always glad to help with instructions to make everything easy to use. We absolutely loved staying here. The villa was super clean. The private bike parking was perfect and we loved having the outdoor shower in the enclosed area. The view to the beach and ocean was unmatched. We felt like we were sitting on the beach from our porch. We loved opening the glass doors for the perfect atmosphere while cooking or relaxing in the living room. The air units in the bedrooms were also perfect for a good nights sleep!
