The Kingslanding is a magical blend of luxury and comfort, situated in the heart of one of Blackpool's popular South shore neighbourhoods which is a walking distance from major tourist attractions. The property is not only serviced with daily housekeeping facilities, refreshes, a remote 24/7 concierge desk and reception service, but also boasts of its very own in-house spa with a steam and sauna room as well as an outdoor hot-tub and deck to sunbathe and relax in the privacy of your personal retreat. The property is extremely spacious with a modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer facility. All bedrooms are ensuite and come with luxurious linen and toiletries and the large and spacious open plan living and dining area is the ideal spot for groups travelling together to socialise and entertain.

Family birthday

The location was brilliant the property was perfect for us as a family ( 17 of us ) plenty of bedrooms & en suite bathrooms.. downstairs was fantastic the living room / dining area had enough chairs to accommodate us all.. the kitchen was well equipped & the host had left tea bags, coffee biscuits milk sachets such a nice touch the only negative was there was no microwave as stated ..We didn’t get chance to use the steam room ( as only there for 2 nights ) the sauna was fantastic & the hot tub however the idea of a video camera pointing directly on the hot tub was very off putting to some of us., Also children 12 & under not allowed in the hot tub so I had 2 unhappy 11 year olds ( I think it should be parental supervision & decision at that age )..We all had a great weekend 😊

Hen party

Lovely place. Went in the hot tub it was so relaxing. All mod cons in the kitchen. A few sockets didnt work in my room and not every tv. Didnt come to watch it anyway. Girls in the smallest double room daid their bad wasnt comfy. Every other room said there's were comfier than home. Found the key safe hard work. Broke a few nails 😆 overall a great find. Highly recommend it 👌

Great Property, Great Location

There were 8 adults and 8 children in our party and we all had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay. The only negative I would say is that we didn’t use the hot tub facilities as there was a 9:30 curfew with a £300 fine and you weren’t allowed to use it after this time. As we all had children this didn’t really give us an opportunity to go in after they had gone to bed. This also wasn’t stated when booking. There was also cctv on the area to check if this was being adhered to! However we still really enjoyed our stay and it is very close to the front where you can get a tram all the way down the promenade.
