Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You’ll find this light and airy home to be completely comfortable for you and your family. This lovely place has that feeling of wide open spaces and and reflects the native beauty of the Prescott highlands.

Located on a quiet street in one of the more sought after neighborhoods in the Williamson Valley, the Airy Retreat is minutes from town, parks and shopping.

With 3 ground floor bedrooms and a loft bedroom for additional sleeping space, your whole family can enjoy a taste of resort living in Prescott. There is a spacious patio, with fire pit to expand your living space and to enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by native landscaping and views of majestic Granite Mountain. Or stay inside, light one of the 2 gas fireplaces and snuggle up.

Parking in available for up to 3 cars in the garage, and ample parking in the driveway.

Other things to note:

Mid-stay housekeeping fee (required for bookings of 10 days or more) $150

You may bring 1 or 2 pets, with a $100 fee is for house privileges, and doesn't cover excess cleaning/accidents/dog poop. Please add your pets on your registration.

-Lost/missing remotes (TV Roku, Fans etc): $15 ea
-Unreported pet or excess number of pets: $200 ea
-Uncleaned pet urine/feces/vomit inside: $50 ea. Feces outside $25 per lift
-Unapproved parties/gatherings: $500
-Excess unapproved guests above reservation number: $40 per day per guest
-Use of fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, explosives, campfires, candles or any other open flames: $250
-Smoking odors, ash, butts: greater of $250 or professional cleaning invoice
-Carpet soiling/damage: greater of $100 per carpet or professional cleaning/repair invoice

We are Jane & Richard Williams. I'm originally from CT where my grandparents ran the Halstead House, a beach-front bed & breakfast for probably 50+ years in Crescent Beach as well as a restaurant & bathhouse for many of those years. My husband's parents have vacation rentals in CA and Hawaii. We enjoy hospitality! We have a small ranch a mile up the road with 4 horses and our dog Buddy the springer spaniel.

I love this neighborhood of healthy oak trees and native shrubs in the Williamson Valley area of Prescott. The homes are on large lots, mostly over 1.5 acres, with native landscaping making each home feel so private and individual. The streets are safe for walking, biking and a very short distance from the trailhead. Its is only 15-20 minutes from town, but a world away!

We fell in love with this home the minute we walked in. It has this great feel of openness, serenity and comfort. Our guests consistently tell us the same thing! There is a lot of pine inside, but its very tasteful and contemporary - and feels like a Prescott house for sure. The massive fireplace is gorgeous and gets a lot of use in colder weather. The outdoor entertaining area is spacious with a few different areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
