The space
The house is inside a small unit, where there is a restaurant called Juancho (typical fast food of Medellín and Colombia) and where there is dominos pizza and a barber shop, is a small mall. It is on the corner of 10c street with lower transversal in the parking area. It is an area with some noise but safe.
Other things to note
Given the Colombian laws, we require identity document of guests who register in our apartments or houses, it is a legal requirement, when making the reservation they must attach in the chat of the application a copy of the identity document of those who register. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (even if you apply balcony or terrace in this apartment smoking is also not allowed there). Visits by minors are not allowed.
