The townhouse was very nice and we all had plenty of room. Bring salt, paper towels, napkins, and dishwasher pods, though. We ate most of our meals there and had to run out for salt, napkins, etc.

Thank you for choosing Loon Reservation Service and "Forest Ridge 17-3" for your recent trip to NH's White Mountains and writing about your experience for toehrs to learn from. Where we do note that our properties are all "self catering", yes, you will want to be sure to bring what you'll expect to need for your stay with you, although we do offer a starting supply of TP, Paper Towels, and Dish Soap, it's merely meant to get you started vs keep you going. Til next time, thanks for calling on The Loon Condo Connection. Look us up, we are Lincoln's oldest rental service!

Pine hill lane

Great location - close to all we wanted to do. And the layout was perfect for our party of 8. We were disappointed with broken fireplace - I always specifically search for a property with a gas fireplace.

Winter weekend

We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 children. We ate dinner at The Common Man which was a minute away, and also went to see the Ice Castles which were about 7 min away. Overall, we had a lovely weekend making lots of memories!

Great stay at Forest Ridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here with friends - 4 adults and 4 kids. It was clean, AC was a plus and worked great during some of the hotter days, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The area is very quiet, peaceful and close to the downtown area. We walked to the pool a few times (about 10-15min) which the kids love utilizing. I have used Loon Reservations for many vacations and look forward to returning again!

Great Getaway

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything but tucked away. The property manager is outstanding. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Lots of room to spread out. It has some wear and tear and could use a little TLC (scuffed paint, bent broken radiators, an air hockey table that is destroyed and should be removed.) I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

17-3 Review

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, had plenty of space, and was priced competitively. Everything worked as expected. Fair warning - the hot water is HOT. The shower handle was still in the blue and was plenty warm, same with the sinks. There was a little musty smell in the entryway and basement, but it wasn't too bad. We'd definitely stay here again.

Would stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with a group of six and had plenty of space—there were enough beds for everyone, and the overall comfort was great. The unit had more than enough bathrooms, which made things really convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee pot and toaster, so we had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was a big plus!We did have a small issue with the hot water the first night, but we called the 24-hour support line and the problem was resolved right away. Excellent customer service.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, thank you! Rental home was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great, minutes from downtown Lincoln. The outdoor pool was great! Hot tub was unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stay. Only issue we had was that we had no hot water the first night, but the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes of calling and the issue was resolved quickly. Only suggestion would be to provide more than 1 key. And a couple chairs on the check would be nice. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend this property.
