Be amazed at this waterfront home, Off The Charts. Located in City By The Sea, Texas. Enjoy fishing in the canal or enjoy the coastal breeze from the balcony. This three bedroom, three bath home is the perfect escape ten guests.

Unwind on the balcony swing or the comfy outdoor furnishings on the dock and relish in the lovely tropical oasis. Throw in your line from the dock and reel in the fresh catch of the day. A fish cleaning station is available for guests to use, then fire up the charcoal or gas grill for a fresh seafood dinner.

Allow everyone to be together in the open floor plan of Off the Charts. Sit back and relax in the living room set with plushy furniture to sink in and enjoy your favorite movie. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to practice your culinary skills. With stainless steel appliances, cookware, and more you can prepare a scrumptious meal for the family. Brew up your favorite coffee from the coffee pot or Kurieg machine. The oversized dining table allows for a lovely family dinner or game night. Retreat to bed and find fresh linens and fluffy pillows for a great night's rest. For additional sleeping space, a bonus room features two twin beds with a full/full bunk bed. Here you will also discover a large Smart TV, mini fridge, and reclining lounge chairs.

Take a walk down to the end of the canal and enjoy an upscale dinner and drinks at Crab-N and stroll home to walk it off. A short drive away you will find Paradise Key, live music, and a beautiful dinner awaits along with an amazing sunset from the second-story deck or just watch the boats come in to see the catch of the day! Kayaks are not available for guest usage, unlike VRBO’s listing states. No bedding was left on one of the beds. No towels were available in one of the bathrooms. Roaches alive and dead were downstairs. No soap available in one of the bathrooms.

I'm personally addressing each point: the kayak discrepancy with our listing, ensuring all beds are properly prepared, stocking every bathroom with essentials, and immediately scheduling professional pest treatment. we had a great time. kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. only complaint was that it hadn't been cleaned before we got there. owners responded the next day and sent cleaners out.

Spring break stay

Loved the house and so did all the family! It had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed it very much. The check in process was a little confusing ,but after a phone call it was all cleared up. I do wish they answered the phone in a little quicker manner I was on hold for 45 minutes but no harm no foul. The house was great, clean, and lived up to the pictures and descriptions. It was a quick drive to all the beaches and fishing spots and dining spots. I will definitely be booking again over the summer!

Definitely “Off the Charts”

We are from Katy, TX and hosted a TX fishing trip with our Minnesota friends. Each year we go to Minnesota for outdoor fun and they do the same; come to TX.They loved the house, location, on the water with outdoor patio for hanging out.Yes, we went wade fishing for three days. They have never been wading. They loved it so much that we will be wading more next yr. Property booking and communication was on point. BTW, Crab-N was good and JJ’s Cafe down the road for breakfast if you have time was very good.We will definitely book again.

Stay

We were not expecting the mosquitos. I realize the owners have no control over this but we couldn’t sit outside. We did not have access to the garage to store our equipment. The bbq grill is unusable due to mosquitoes and cleanliness.
