The screened-in patio provides a bug-free and leaf-free oasis, ensuring a relaxing time for you, your family, and your friends.

Here, you can not only enjoy drinks but also savor delicious items like pizza, chicken wings, fries, nachos, cheese sticks, sandwiches, and more. This convenience ensures you can spend your day without cooking or leaving the resort for meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, such as a microwave, oven and stove top, a full-size refrigerator, a variety of pots and pans, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A laundry area adds to your comfort, featuring a full-size washer and dryer, clothes hangers, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board.

Additional amenities provided in this house include a complete set of bed linens and extra towels, a hair dryer, and lounge chairs on the pool deck for your relaxation. For your convenience, starter supplies are provided, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom, items for personal hygiene, a dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, and a garbage bag. It's important to note that this house is self-catering, so we recommend a trip to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal items. According to Florida law, open food items are not allowed in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be removed after guests check out, and no supply of items like condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in. If excessive cleaning is required, a charge of $100.00 may apply.
