Enjoy multiple dining options including a formal dining room, kitchen bar seating, and a breakfast nook. The home also features a large family room and an outdoor covered lanai with pool area, ideal for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining.

🏊 Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)

$25/day for stays under 7 days

$125/week for stays of 7 days or more

Heating must be requested before your stay and will be added as a separate charge after booking

📌 Other Things to Note

🚭 No smoking of any kind (including indoors, outdoors, or lanai).
A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence or odor of smoking after checkout.
- No parties or events
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. (unless approved by owner)
- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors
- Quiet time after 11 PM (this is a family community)
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool
