Parking Notice:

Parking is located at the back of the house. Please do not park beside the house, as doing so will block the access pathway to the rear parking area.



The parking area is shared with the other house at the back, so we recommend bringing only one standard-sized vehicle whenever possible.



If you choose to park additional vehicles on the street, please do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any tickets, towing, damage, theft, or other issues that may occur while vehicles are parked on the road.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home. We kindly ask that you avoid entering the basement/crawl space, as it is reserved for maintenance use only.

We love getting to know our guests! To ensure a seamless arrival, we ask all guests to confirm their travel plans and group details via the message thread. Once we have these details, we will provide the check-in instructions. We recommend confirming these at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays upon your arrival.

Early check in fee: $20 per hour

Late check out fee: $20 per hour

Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.



We are thrilled to welcome you and your furry companion! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet, along with an additional $300 deposit per pet, applies. Guests are responsible for managing all pet bathroom breaks, including those in the yard. To maintain a clean environment for all, we kindly ask that you promptly pick up any droppings; failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges. If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.



☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.



☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.



☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.



☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.



☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.



We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.



Terms of Service:



To abide by all legal requirements and house rules, please be advised that guests may be required to complete and sign a digital rental usage agreement prior to check-in. As part of the verification process, guests may also be required to provide a valid government-issued ID and a photo of the payment card used for the reservation, with sensitive information permitted to be covered except for the last four digits and cardholder name.



For third-party bookings, the booker is required to provide the full names of all guests staying at the property along with at least one direct contact number for an occupant staying onsite.



Please note that a Security Deposit may also be required to secure the booking. Failure to complete the required verification process may result in denial of check-in instructions and property access.

Not trustworthy - not clean - half property inaccessible

DON’T STAY HERE. Property manager met us. She was embarrassed by all the broken glass outside and the second house was not cleaned at all (nor the bathrooms in main house although new towels were provided). She mentioned she took 42 pictures of the second house for the owners. The batteries for the lock went out on the second house before the manager left but were never replaced leaving the house inaccessible. She mentioned she would speak with ownership but after two weeks we had heard nothing. Finally they reached out saying we were getting a 5-star rating and would like one as well. Told them no and why. They said there would be no adjustments and that we were lying. Sad as the two houses are unique had they been clean, accessible and with honest owners. Booooo!

Neither my team nor I received any reports or photos of the problems you've mentioned, which made it challenging to address them in real-time or verify their validity. Your request for compensation, coming several weeks into your stay without prior notification of issues, was unexpected. We strive to resolve problems promptly when informed. We value all feedback and use it to improve our services. I apologize if your experience didn't meet your expectations, and I wish you had given us the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay.
