Welcome to the Sea Breeze vacation home located in a desired North Nanaimo neighbourhood; with some of the best beaches minutes away. This 2 bedroom suite has spectacular panoramic ocean and mountain views that will take your breath away. The suite is styled with west coast modern furniture and decor for a traditional beach house feel. Relax in the sun filled backyard and take in the tranquility of the west coast. Gather with family and friends and build new traditions at this vacation home.
Welcome to the Sea Breeze vacation home located in a desired North Nanaimo neighbourhood. Shopping and all major amenities are minutes away.
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor furniture to enjoy the panoramic ocean and mountain views from the sun filled backyard.
The suite has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a designated work space.
The second and third bedrooms have double beds.
The beds are dressed in designer linens inspired by elements of the west coast.
There is one full bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo.
Guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
The kitchen is fully equipped to dine in.
There is seating for 4 people at the kitchen table.
Enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea.
The picture window in the living room has spectacular ocean and mountain views.
There is a Smart TV in the living room.
There is a washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent for guests to use during their stay.
The bedrooms have A/C.
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out
Prior to check-in guests will receive a customized door code
There are 2 designated parking spots in the driveway
To access the suite, follow the rock path at the front of the house, this will lead you down the left hand-side of the house and to the suite. The suite door is a traditional set of French doors. The pathway is lit up at night.
Guests have the backyard to themselves. Please note there no back fence and a steep incline (we recommend children are supervised in the backyard).
There are 2 security cameras on the exterior of the home; one at the front door and the other faces the side path. There are a couple of motion sensor lights in the back yard as well. The motion sensor light that faces the suite door is not a security camera.
This suite is managed by a vacation home property management company.
Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team through their booking channel.
About North Nanaimo
The neighbourhood of North Nanaimo encompasses has a great mix of Family homes, Luxury Real Estate, Condos, Retirement Communities and Commercial areas. It is also home to many stores such as Costco and Walmart, as well as family-run businesses and Nanaimo’s largest indoor mall, Woodgrove Centre.
There is a little bit of everything for everyone with plenty of restaurants, sporting opportunities, ocean views and plenty of walking trails and some of the best beach accesses in the city on many of the smaller side streets.
This suite is located in the Dover Bay area of North Nanaimo which has an awesome 2.5 km stretch of beach that is a real phenomenon at low tides. You'll be amazed at how few people are here - it's a well kept secret. And the views, looking northward across the widest part of the gulf.
It's a great place on a hot summer day at the lowest tide. You'll love the wide, flat sand/mud beach with its many creatures, stepping in the warm shallow waters, and swimming in big waves.
Or, you can plan a beach hike: Start at either end of the beach (Sealand Rd or Seabold Rd) and walk the length. Be mindful of tides. The walk will be easier if you go at lower tides, because at higher tides you're restricted to a rocky landscape with driftwood obstacles.
The suite may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions
