The master bedroom had a leak in the window and maintenance showed up unannounced. Phone call was immediately placed to help the owners preserve their property. No communication was received between the property manager, owner, and maintenance. When you have someone occupying a rental, it is only just to have them present considering their personal items are located inside. This happened twice during our stay. Better communication is recommended. Also, the cleaning needs to be reviewed by the owner and/or property manager. The baseboards were nasty along with dust on the surface of the furniture. Disappointing for the amount spent for our yearly vacation. I have never left a review like this and am sad to leave one.

Beautiful Condo on a beautiful beach

The condo was immaculate, comfortable, very spacious, and beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach. It's in a quiet location away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

Finally back after 25 years.

Super easy to check in and out. We loved the views and the beach. Super clean with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Great water pressure in nicely decorated and renovated bathrooms. The parking in the deck was very tight with no wiggle room. The toaster was inoperable and the pillows were huge and overly firm.

Loved the location! Not crowded at all on the beach. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service. We loved the primary suite, very spacious and loved the windows and view! We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very beautiful very nice scenery of the ocean. Loved that there was a balcony view from the bedroom. Easy access to everything and very clean. Will book again!

clean, comfortable, great beach access

This place is now at the top of our list and we will do our best to return here! The condo was very clean and well equipped. The layout of the rooms was great and functioned as two primary suites! The beds were comfortable though the pillows were a bit too large/hard for our preference. The beach access is the shortest walk to our rented chairs of any other building we have stayed in over the years of vacationing at OB. The building was quiet, the beaches were not crowded. Communication was top notch, with responses within minutes. They were very accommodating in making several changes to our travel plans, including early check in and late check out! Can't wait to come back next year!

Very good service with this company. My only complaint is that the service fee is a little high for a two day stay. Aside from that they were wonderful to work with they allowed early check-in and late checkout which helped us tremendously.

This place was great! Right on the beach! Beach is very nice Great view of the ocean! There r not many places to eat, shopping or things to do close by. FloraBama is a half mile walk on the beach. Pillows on the beds are not comfortable at all! They are big & hard. Itrip was very responsive & helpful No real complaints We would stay here again

No busy high rise condo here!

Great place for 2 couples to stay. Very clean and quiet; not crowded at all. If you’re looking for something with most of the amenities (minus a lazy river) it’s here. Pool, hot tub, sauna, small gym area…our unit even had a separate bar area with an additional ice machine! Will definitely go back.
