This home does not have central A/C, but we’ve thoughtfully placed portable A/C units throughout to help maintain a comfortable temperature in the warmer months. And thanks to Flagstaff’s crisp mountain climate, simply cracking a window in the evening often does the trick.
➼Traveling with Little Ones? We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.
➼Parking
The home has a spacious driveway that accommodates 2–3 guest vehicles comfortably. Street parking is permitted during the day, but overnight parking is prohibited during winter months due to city snow plowing regulations. Please note that metered parking downtown requires payment, so we recommend using the driveway and garage whenever possible for ease and peace of mind.
➼Winter Guests:
Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.
Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.
➼Pet Policy: As much as we love four-legged companions, this particular home is pet-free. Thanks for your understanding!
➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.
➼Fire Pit Etiquette & Safety
Our propane-fueled fire pit is perfect for evening chats and s’mores under the stars. For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance.

We've spent our careers working at 5-star resorts - from folding towels at the age of 14 in a 5-star spa, to parking cars at a 5-star restaurant, and checking in guests at a 5-star hotel - from The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island to The Grand Del Mar in San Diego - we know 5-star service.
