Beachside Breeze Beach House is located in a residential area in the beautiful Garifuna fishing Village of Hopkins. This Beach front Property boasts a beautiful, in-tact coastal beach, protected by tropical foliage that provides natural shade and privacy. The beach-side veranda is ideal for morning coffee and lounging, while the rooftop is perfect for tanning and sunset views.

The Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, with its large french doors is perfect for that indoor/outdoor feel. The second bedroom is near the guest bath for ease-of-access. The open concept of the living, dining, and kitchen area, makes for an airy tropical feel that truly encompasses the Caribbean Lifestyle.

The house was very clean and well put together. It had everything we needed for our stay, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, working laundry and AC. Would enjoy coming back and staying with them again.

Incredible place to stay

We loved this house. The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to sit and relax. They had a paddle board and kayak if you wanted to venture out. The home was in great shape and we loved it all. We would love to stay here again someday. They also made a great recommendation for tours.

Paradise in Belize

The property was beautiful, from the beach to the porch to the stunning Belizian woods in the interior. We really enjoyed access to the the kayak and the bicycles.

What a great home!

We recently stayed at this property for 7 nights with friends. 4 of us in total. What a great experience!First off, Mirko, the property manager is one of the best I have ever worked with. He always responded immediately to any questions or requests. If there is ever a property manager Hall of Fame, Mirko will be in it for sure.Secondly, the house itself had everything that we needed. It was nicely laid out and well stocked. The location was close to town, but far enough away to be quiet. Spike, the resident iguana made frequent appearances and gladly accepted our offerings of fruit.The only negative would be that the beds were too hard for our groups liking. A nice foam topper might make them a bit more comfortable while maintaining the firmness.We would definitely stay here again though.

Love this funky little town

Our house was exceptional. We brought inflatable paddle boards and got out every day. We loved the roof top patio, and made good use of the kitchen. The bugs are no joke. Some in our group hardly got bitten, some got eaten alive. We used OFF every day and had a rechargeable Therma-Cell that kept them away while on the roof at night.Two couples on this trip, with plenty of space and privacy.

This was our second stay at a ‘Like Home’ property. The house was perfect. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Location ideal. Fantastic getaway on the Caribbean Sea!

This amazing house has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped, A/C, laundry, great wi-fi, 2 separate bedrooms, and best of all, a view of the sea. The property manager communicated frequently. Perfect location to places of interest, i clud9ng national parks.

Whole family fell in love! We called it our family beach house. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. Everything was perfect!

Beach/Jungle Get Away

Lovely week long holiday at this VRBO. Perfectly situated on the beach and within walking distance of our favorite restaurant (Chef Rob's). Clean, and had what we needed. New builds around us, so some construction noise (not terrible) (we were forewarned by the owner) and adjustments made by the owner on the hot water on our request.

Beautiful Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The ocean view is just as pretty as the pictures. Everything in the house worked great and the house manager was quick to offer help and solutions if we needed him. The village of Hopkins is fun and the people are very friendly, lots of good restaurants and bars. We absolutely recommend!

Well Traveled-Honest Review- Property: 1 star motel at best

Rented this house for one week. VRBO address info incorrect. Property agent was condescending and no help. Directions on the email sent out from property agent located at the bottom of the email are correct. Upon arrival, no soap in master shower/bathroom. 1 sm. hotel bottle in guest bath. 1/4 filled bottle of shampoo from previous renters left on the counter. Agent did not believe me, and told me to check again, did not offer to help. SAFTY CONCERNS: this property does not have fencing around it like other properties for safety. ** Deadbolt on double glass door that leads to porch and beach area is not working. **Very Shady, shirtless character looked drunk and/or on drugs, coming to back door banging on the glass after dark wanting money. We did not sleep at all that night. **7 o’clock in the morning, I'm sitting having coffee, a guy with black shirt with white SECURITY letters came around the corner out back asking me to buy stuff/souvenirs his wife made. Also very shady ** Water leaking from air conditioner in master- I slipped Other notables: ** Bedding: sheets/pillowcases are Polyester, it's like sleeping on plastic garbage bags! 90% humidity with 90° weather. *No light or exhaust hood above stove *Wi-Fi- hardly works at all, Speed test showed speed that barely registered in Kb's *Electricity went out alot- had no water, water pump is electric. ** Public access bordering property is a dump. **** bugs and mosquitoes... Sent pics & video to VRBO

Better than advertised

Property was as described and better than expected. Lots of shade on the beach if desired and a nice sunny spot right on the beach. The roof top was a nice place to hang out and sun bathe. The kayak and SUP board were a nice touch. House was clean, and in a great location.. just far enough from the hotel district to be private and quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants if you wanted. We chose to drive to town which was only a couple of miles loaded with great restaurants. Hopkins was a nice town to hang out. Very laid back and disnt have the hustle and bustle of a tourist destination which is what we were looking for. Great times had by all

Perfection

The beach house was absolutely amazing for our entire family. The 16, 13 and 10yo loved the paddle board - no matter how long of a day we had out - they came straight back and into the ocean they went with the board. So much fun to see. The house was in great shape, well stocked, great location and just as described. Check in/out was seamless. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic stay in Hopkins!

This property is amazing! After a busy diving trip to Ambregis Caye we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of Hopkins. The beaches were so much better for swimming and this property is super nice and has everything you need and then some.
