Welcome to Tree House

Two bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Saugatuck!

INSIDE THE HOME
Spacious two bedroom apartment with two baths, high ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors, bay windows, fireplace, and an outdoor deck. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Additionally, rooms include hair dryers and irons/ironing boards.

Location Location Location! You cannot get any more downtown than this! This apartment is located above the Articles Clothing store on Butler Street. A short walk to most all local bars, restaurants, and the chain ferry.

Great location, right by all the shops! Wonderful layoutOnly downside is the noise at night from the bar across the street. Music till 12 and patrons much later, made for difficult sleeping in front bedroom. ( if we didn’t have granddaughter with us we would have been there enjoying the music)

Fantastic rental in Saugatuck! The location can’t be beat — it’s right on the main drag and super close to shops, restaurants, and the water. There’s a great park/playground for kids about 2 blocks away, too. Overall a lovely stay — we’ll be back!
