Whether you're stationed at the Sub Base, working at Electric Boat, teaching at USCGA or Conn College, or simply enjoying a long-term shoreline escape, this home offers comfort, privacy, and flexibility. The home blends comfort, style, and an unbeatable location, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends. With inviting indoor spaces and sunny outdoor areas, it’s the perfect setting for your next seaside getaway.
Open-Concept Living: The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together, creating a welcoming space to gather, share meals, or relax after a day at the beach.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:
* Primary suite: Your private retreat with a queen bed, en-suite full bathroom, and TV.
* Secondary bedroom: Features a queen-size bed with ample storage.
* Third bedroom: Perfect for kids or guests, offering two twin beds in a cheerful, welcoming space.
Outdoor Shower Bliss: There’s nothing quite like rinsing off under the open sky after a sun-soaked day at the beach. This al fresco shower is a guest favorite and adds a refreshing touch to your coastal retreat.

Hi, I’m Marie, a fourth-generation Groton Long Pointer with a lifelong love for this special coastal town. Some of my earliest and happiest memories come from crabbing and swimming on Main Beach as a child, and those summers shaped my love for the sea and all the simple joys it brings.
When I’m not hosting or spending time at the beach, I enjoy exploring local food spots, kayaking, and reading by the water.
