The spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together for easy gathering. Whether you're cooking a fresh seafood dinner, playing board games, or just kicking back after the beach—this is where vacation memories happen.

Primary Suite – Queen bed, full en-suite bathroom, and TV—your private sanctuary.
Second Bedroom – Queen bed with water view.
Third Bedroom – Two twin beds in a cheerful setup.
Guest Favorite: The Outdoor Shower
Wash off the salt and sand under the open sky—our al fresco shower is a highlight of every stay.

Hi, I’m Marie, a fourth-generation Groton Long Pointer with a lifelong love for this special coastal town. Some of my earliest and happiest memories come from crabbing and swimming on Main Beach as a child, and those summers shaped my love for the sea and all the simple joys it brings.
When I’m not hosting or spending time at the beach, I enjoy exploring local food spots, kayaking, and reading by the water.
Hosting is my way of sharing the magic of Groton Long Point with others. I take great care in making sure every guest feels welcome and has everything they need to enjoy their stay.
