最近改装されたゴルフヴィラ（1BR）、ゴルフコースビュー。 ユニットは2〜4でスリープします。 オーシャンビレッジリゾート。

完全装備のリネンとタオル、電子レンジ付きの設備の整ったキッチン、食器洗い機、製氷機付き冷蔵庫、中央エアコン、洗濯機と乾燥機、2台の液晶テレビ（ケーブル付き）、DVD、WiFiインターネット。 スクリーニングパティオ。

リゾートには、3つのスイミングプール（冬季は暖房付き）、10面のテニスコート、2面のパドルボールコート、9ホールのパー27エグゼクティブゴルフコース（最長ホール175ヤード-最短ホール70ヤード）があります。 12月20日頃からイースターの1週間後まで、3ドルのグリーンフィー。 リゾートにはオーシャンビレッジに4つ星レストランがあり、3つのプールのうち最大のものの隣にあります。 プールの隣には、天候に応じて週に4日または5日程度飲食や飲み物を楽しめるプールサイドのティキバー、小さな子供用の「子供用プール」、ホットタブ、ボッチェコート、サウナとシャワー設備を備えたエクササイズルーム。

Great condo for 2 people

We loved Ocean Village and appreciated all of its amenities. The condo was ideally situated, although a bit of a walk to the beach. The unit had everything that we needed. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have just one queen/king in the BR instead of 2 double beds. Otherwise, everything was great!

Everything you need for a great stay

Bicycles, beach chairs, golf bag tote , cooler, all were used, other hard to travel with things are available. Nice towels and linens. Lovely decorations. Secluded view looking over golf course. On site to restaurant was very good. Service a little stretched, but likely will improve. Relax and enjoy the things we never have time to do at home. One concern was the beds are hard.

Well stocked condo

Unit was a little dated but clean. Nice that owners have beach chairs and bikes for renters to use. Did not like the automatic air freshener in bathroom that was on some sort of timer to spray routinely. Not the fault of owners but complex amenities were not as advertised other than the 9 hole golf course. Main pool closed and has been for over a year, seats at smaller pools hard to get and pb courts also closed for year due to noise complaint. Location was nice for eating options.

Great spot for a vacation getaway

We found that this condo was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every item we could possibly need to enjoy a week away from home, right down to the beach chairs and bicycles. The location was ideal with a nice view of the golf course. Maria was very helpful and always available when we had a question.

Nice decor, small, expensive

The condo was nicely decorated. The furnature was not very comfortable, the beds were good, comfortable. The bathroom door needs a new track, it's very hard to open and close. The kitchen is tiny, hard to do much in, so little counter space. We're looking for something nicer, a bit roomier and less expensive, possibly in Stuart or Port St. Lucie.

Great Ocean Village choice

Condo was perfectly situated in Ocean Village. Has a great screened in back porch. Very clean. Has everything in the way of kitchen equipment and utensils that one could possible need. No disappointments.

Wonderful property!!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and the owner thought of all the “little” things that make your stay easy. Provided all items needed for the beach and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival as well as flip flops in case you came without. Just an awesome experience!!

Quiet but entertaining watching the Golfers putt at what I I believe to be ninth hole.

Used this spot as a resting place after enduring a 3 month major renovation. Slept 12-13 hours daily. Then the hot tub right up the block. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Location

Nice property. A little dated but functional in all respects. Ocean Village is a great spot. Nice little 9 hole golf course. Easy access to beach. Good restaurant and bar within walking distance. Gated community, security good.

Homey clean condo

Very homey and welcoming condo. We were able to cook meals, walk to the beach, parking was good, Maria has just about everything you need, which is helpful if you're flying like us. It was rainy and she had umbrellas at the ready, beach chairs, plenty of linens, blankets, etc. Two suggestions: a spice rack with simple spices would be a nice addition to the kitchen, however, there was salt and pepper, and the bed closest to the window is really really hard. I'm sure most people wouldn't be expecting a bed quite that hard. A new mattress might be a welcome addition. Overall, we had a nice stay and would certainly return again! Thanks Maria

Five Stars All The Way

This is a wonderful vacation property. The condo has everything you need and more. So much to do along with the beautiful Atlantic just a stroll away. The owner, Maria ,was great to work with. We had a slight problem with the tv and she resolved the issue quickly and even extended our stay for two days due to the inconvenience. What more could you ask for. We hope to be back next year.

A village and the sea

Cleanest condo I had ever stayed. Fully equipped and in a great location inside property. Short, 5 minute walk to water. The location is beautiful, full of flowering shrubs and trees. Landscaping is uniqye and exceptional. No other place like it on A1A. Ft. Pierce a short ride over bridge...beautiful harbor, great restaurants, and an amazing farmer's mkt. on Saturday....
