This is a newer home that will comfortably accommodate your small crew. It is in an excellent location on the east branch of the lake in a quiet area near Keuka College (very small school, if you aren't familiar with the area). Just a few minute drive to Penn Yan for groceries, restaurants, etc. The dock was excellent and included cleats and bumpers. The water was plenty deep enough for the boat that we brought, and the boat traffic was far enough out that our boat didn't get beat up every time a boat passed by (This is a big problem on Keuka Lake if you haven't been there before). Good fishing, of course, on the east branch which is a big plus. Looks like you could have a good gathering at the lakeside with a firepit, outside dining table overlooking the water which is about 20 steps down below. The kitchen was well stocked and included everything that we needed for meals at home, too. Loved being able to live on just one floor even though we did venture to the upstairs loft because it included a bigger TV. The towels in the bathrooms were extra lush and comfy!! Thank goodness for the central air because it was mid-nineties the entire time! Parking the boat trailer on the driveway seemed a little risky since it can be steep and made it difficult to navigate our large vehicle in and out. But it did all work out in the end without any issues so maybe I am just risk averse about potential runaway boat trailers! Very nice home and rental property.
