Perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Close to downtown, Churchill Downs, Bourbon Trail, river, parks and many other great Louisville attractions. Louisville is known for it's wonderful eclectic restaurant and bar scene. And this house will put you right in the middle of it all!

What a beautiful home in a great location! We had such a fabulous time with our adult children and their spouses - incredible memories were made! The host responded to questions quickly. The house had everything we needed to spend 4 great days in Louisville.

Derby Stay

Erik was great at communicating and giving us suggestions on where to eat. The pictures did not do justice as to how beautiful the home is. The house was warm and welcoming. Erik even went beyond and left us a gift basket for the Derby. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Erik

Luxury home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Beautiful house with all the amenities you need. Great bar downstairs and outdoor space. It was nice to return to the comfort here after spending the days out on the town. Thank you!

Great house!!!

The house was beautiful, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. Close to restaurants airport and downtown Louisville.Our Host Eric was very attentive and replied immediately to all requests or questions. Highly recommend the property for a large family group or group of friends. The shuffleboard table was an added bonus.

Derby Weekend

The house was spectacular and the location was perfect for a milestone birthday celebration built around the Kentucky Derby. You're close to everything, yet when you're home you experience nothing but peace and tranquility. There were nine adults, all of whom were comfortably accommodated in this spacious home. The kitchen and dining room were our gathering spaces and the covered patio was so relaxing. Our host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even going so far as to leave a birthday and derby themed welcome gift for us. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic House!

The house and location were perfect for an adults' getaway weekend to celebrate 40th birthdays! The house was clean, modern, spacious...pretty much everything we had hoped for. Can't speak highly enough of the neighborhood. It was quiet and still so close to downtown Louisville and restaurants!

Nice getaway

Plenty of room for all your friends and family. Every part of the house is updated with nice amenities. House is well stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Labor Day weekend

This is our third year in Louisville for Labor Day. This home was amazing. Never had a better set up outdoor space!! Just all over great. Clean, convenient, everything we needed to have the best weekend.
