Your stay in Englewood will be fun-filled and relaxing in this charming bungalow. A fully fenced backyard and off-street parking provide ample privacy and a safe place for your pet. The full front screen porch offers extra space for morning coffee or cozy outdoor entertaining. The large private backyard with an outdoor shower is a real plus for relaxing on a peaceful afternoon of grilling out or just enjoying a refreshing beverage. The open floor plan offers ample living and dining space. It easily sleeps 4 with a sleep sofa & a comfortable queen-size bedroom. A roll-away bed is also provided. Englewood has yet to be discovered by the masses. If you are a beach lover/comber looking for award-winning shores that are yet to be explored, this is your spot. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside was nothing like pictures. Fence was deteriorating, plants and trees were overgrown, dead or dying. Did not use backyard it was a mess. Definitely needed cleaned up was very neglected. If someone would just give this place some TLC, it could be so nice and a very cute place.

We rented this house after our place sustained hurricane damage and it was exactly what we needed! Clean, comfortable, and great wifi for remote work. Our pets loved it, too.

Great place to stay everything was neat and clean. The house is close to stores and restaurants. You can walk to the small park on the bay and the restaurants. There is a great farmers market on Thursdays with lots of vendors.

Good location

We enjoyed the Blue Pineapple for the 2 nights as we traveled to southern FL. Luck for us the Seafood festival was happening on Dearborn st and which we were able to walk to. The house is as pictured in the listing.

Nice little house with fenced backyard which was great for our dog. Host was very accommodating. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything without fighting traffic every day

The house was as pictured, very clean, and only a few minutes from Manasota Key. Within walking distance to Dearborne St, which is nice. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in front porch.

You will want to bookntbis sweet cottage

The cottage was so cute. The owner has it well equipted for a comfortable stay. She even provided an extra portable bed. The neighborhood was great for walking and biking. It is convenient to a nice park, boat launch, restaurants and shopping. I would defiantly stay there again.

There was no host interaction, which I’m definitely ok with. This place needs a little TLC though. The backyard was not in good condition, I don’t think anyone has taken any care there in months. I didn’t want to sit out there because it felt like the slums. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, my husband had to rig a clip for it to stay. Other little items seemed in disrepair.

Lovely home

Very nice place to stay. I had left a pillow behind and she went above & beyond to return it!! Comfortable furniture. Some of the neighbors are a bit loud at times, but it didn't bother us too much! Lovely home!

Basic but it works

We have rented properties in Venice and Bonita Springs. Although this didn’t compare, it met our needs. On the plus side, it offers nice privacy in a residential neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor space.
