Family Beach house

Our townhouse is located in the very center of an historical village in the Golden Coast, Arenys de Mar.
It is a fully renovated (in process) two story house with plenty of space and specially adapted for tourism needs.
It is being renewed, trying to balance the classical characteristics of the old days construction with modern solutions, to obtain a contemporary design with a classical touch

In the ground floor, we have a working/relaxing/playing area, with different spaces and chill sites for your maximum comfort. Adapted for connectivity.
Following there is an amazing open kitchen directly connected to both dining room and the terrace, a nice intimate space to chill outdoors.
There is also a toilet in the ground floor.
On the upper floor we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It´s located in a silent street. (only neighbours have access).
Less than 5 minutes walking to the village center and to the beautiful beaches this town offers.

It is perfect for families with kids.
