This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, queen size bedroom, a sofa bed (pull out for a full size bed) in the living area. The unit is on the quiet side of the seven floors building. Sliding door leads out to the private building court yard for relax. And the passing swift while not noisy monorail train passing in front of the yard during the daytime is another eye opener. The rooftop has seating for the spectacular Space Needle view and shared BBQ grill. There is a shared gym and meeting room accessed from the lobby.

This property was as described in the listing, and was a good value for its great central location to many of Seattle's museums and main attractions and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops, and included parking was a plus - we basically arrived, parked, then walked everywhere for our two-night stay. The check-in process was very easy, communication with property manager was easy and prompt response. Only negative was the extra bed sheets/pillowcases for the pull-out sofa - one sheet had holes in it, and other sheets and pillowcases looked as though they had not been washed (but we were able to find and use sheets that appeared to have been clean). Overall cleanliness of the unit was pretty good, the floor could have been cleaner as you are instructed to remove your shoes while in the unit which I did and walked around in my socks, and the bottom of my socks became dirty. Otherwise, me and the rest of my group thought it was an excellent location and overall good unit for a short stay.

Roughly a 8-10 minute walk to the Space Needle, museum of Pop, and the blown glass garden and many other things. Nice if a little noisy at times.

Great spot for a quick weekend getaway. Convenient location near all of the popular Seattle stops. Loved that the condo came with parking! One recommendation I have is that if you plan to do a quick load of laundry in the unit, be sure to bring your own detergent as there was none provided.

Great location

Great place for a few days stay, close to everything. We were able to walk to everything except T mobile park and for that we took the accessible subway system with no problems. Clean space, comfortable for 2-3 people, communication with host was great and free parking garage is a plus! The property has a Keurig system and washer/dryer and the only thing I would recommend is to have some coffee pods and laundry detergent available for renters during their stay if possible.

Crash Pad

A friend and I stayed here to attend a concert. This place was located within walking distance of the venue. The elevators are slow and the building is old. It had free parking which is a bonus. I would stay here again to attend a concert but not for anything else. The bed was comfortable.

Location great, but spartan.

I can appreciate someone wanting shoes removed but then disposable slippers should have been provided. The coffee was tucked away and I didn't find until I was leaving. The tea was out of reach. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but their was a refill jug underneath. The WiFi didn't work. Their was laundry soap but no dryer sheets. There was no elevator access to the rooftop deck. Not sure if you are an absentee owner but your manager/ cleaner didn't wipe down the shampoo bottles. First time I've ever stayed at a VRBO that thought an opened bag of pretzels was the snack. Door slamming and fire station next door made it necessary to run fan all night as a/c unit was only canopied in a door with velcro screen. You've got a great location but this was the least appealing VRBO I've stayed in. Sorry but perhaps the comments will help with simple correction from your housekeeper.

Great location

Perfect location for first time visit to Seattle. Great view of Space Needle on roof terrace!! The apartment was easy to access and had all amenities we needed. We didn’t have a vehicle in the city, but found it very easy to get around from this location. Felt safe and at home-would stay here again!

Walkable location - and loved the quiet neighborhood to return to from the bussel of Pikes Place. We used public transportation as much as we could. Clean and neat - would highly recommend.

Great location, it is at a walking distance from the Space Needle, Mono Rail, and many other attractions. The place was clean and organized. We enjoyed! The Artmis Cafe on the corner is the best of the best.

GREAT location. In house laundry great (could be cleaned up a bit) NO real natural light or great lighting in the apt. Natural lighting is poor. Outside patio was a waste.

Great place to stay.

Great location, central to everything. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle, 20 minutes to Pike Place Market and 50 minutes to the ballpark. Clean place to stay. Easy instructions to enter the building and condo. Only thing was no communication from Chris.
