Beautiful and Clean Sandy Home close to Trax Station

Fully furnished 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in a newer neighborhood located in a great location in Sandy Utah. Close to many venues, shopping centers, parks, hospitals and has easy access to the freeway. Within walking distance to a Trax Station that can transport. The house includes multiple TVs, high speed internet, a washer and dryer, and fully fenced back yard...perfect for children and pets. One of the 5 bedrooms is set aside as an office with a desk, chair and bookshelf. There is also a crib on site for a traveling family with very young children. The backyard is fully fenced in with one gate that can be locked. There is a backyard patio, with a grill, with a table and chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and skiing. Less than 25 minutes to downtown SLC, the airport and ski resorts. Perfect for family that is traveling for professional reasons or even a family that is needing relocation for a job change, or those in the process of building or renovating. Very comfortable home with tons of space for multiple people. The kitchen is supplied with everything you'd need to cook meals for a group. It is in a nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants and a quick drive up the canyons. It was easy to communicate with our host and he always responded quickly.

The house was lovely, tucked in a cute neighborhood. Well equipped to cook for the family. Nice spaces for two couples with six kids. Host was responsive and very helpful. Convenient contactless check in. Conveniently located to the ski resorts.

Family Thanksgiving

This beautiful home was ideally located between family member homes and Brighton. It was a perfect gathering place for those traveling from out of town to relax with the extended family. We would definitely rent it again!

Snowboard trip

Good location to multiple ski resorts. Quiet neighborhood, and plenty rooms for a group of people. I would definitely book this house again.

Great Location

The location of this house is convenient to town and it is easy to get to the ski resorts. The house is perfect for several friends. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and the dining area is good for sit down breakfasts and dinners. It was nice to have a half bathroom on the main floor.

Great home and perfect location

This home was clean and well stocked for our needs. It was even better than our expectation. The back yard was great for evenings outside as well as the play set in the day for the little one. Safe neighborhood and central to all events we had planned. Check in/out was easy and great communication. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Sandy ski vacation

Booked this house for my annual ski trip with family and friends. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. My group of 10 were well accommodated. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to my questions which only came about because I hadn’t read through the entire welcoming email. I would definitely book this property in the future. It deserves all of 5 stars. Had a great stay.

Our group of 10 (adults, teens, toddler) 2 furry friends had an amazing week ski trip over Christmas break! The home is beautifully remodeled with comfortable beds, lovely furniture throughout, and a brand new, top notch kitchen. The knives, dishware, and utensils were all new and the cookware and appliances were high end. We appreciated that there was enough seating in the dining area for all 10 of us! Everyone raved at the super fast wifi (we had folks who were working remotely). The fully fenced yard play structure were great for the toddler/dogs. Spencer, our host, was so friendly and responsive and promptly addressed any issues/questions we had before and during our stay. The home was thoughtfully stocked with laundry detergent/dryer sheets, dish washing soap/pods/sponge, salt/pepper, snapware storage containers, shampoo/conditioner/soap. Our teen boys enjoyed hanging out in the basement living area playing chess other games provided. They slept on the couch and said it was really comfortable! You'll love all the soft blanket throws in the house, too! The neighborhood is quiet w/plenty of parking and conveniently located near public transportation, not far from markets/restaurants, and only a 30-45 minute to the slopes! Our group has been coming to the SLC area twice a year for almost 10 years and this is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed in! I'm certain you will love your stay and Spencer's hospitality as much as we did! We hope to be back again!

Spencer, o anfitrião, sempre gentil, atencioso e prontona atender qualquer demanda. A casa é muito confortavel, espaçosa, limpa e com tudo o que estava descrito no contrato. O local é muito bom e vizinhança tranquila.
