Sterling Shores is a fantastic vacation destination next to The Back Porch and central to all of Destin's activities. 2 BR/2 BA fully furnished 3rd floor condominium featuring neutral grays, coastal decor and pops of natural colors throughout. WOOD PLANK FLOORING. Washer and dryer in unit. Master BR has a king bed. 2nd BR has bunkbeds and a nautical theme. Queen foldout sofa in living room.

Please note Construction of the building begins in June 2025 and Estimated Complete date is March 2026.
Balconies are now open.

Construction will occur during approved daytime working hours, typically Monday through Friday.

Estimated Completion: March 2026. Portions of the building exterior will be under construction at different times during the project.

Master BR has a king bed. 2nd BR has bunkbeds and a nautical theme. Queen foldout sofa in living room.

Huge Polynesian pool + a second heated pool next to sand dunes and beach bar. BOTH POOLS and BEACH have food and drink service onsite, in addition to the beach bar at The Back Porch. Umbrella/chair service is managed privately for rental. Exercise facility and theater for kids movie nights onsite.

You will find everyday household products such as hand, laundry, dish, and bath soaps, and paper products. Hotel like (not restocked). The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few.

Sterling Shores is a fun, family-friendly, gated community with 24 hour security guard. Covered awning and carts to load and unload. Unit is conveniently located straight across the from the central elevator. Covered community gas grills are provided poolside.

Experience the Emerald Coast and expect the most beautiful, white beaches in the world!

All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payments processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.

Great but not like before

We booked this place last year and loved it. We liked it again this year but the condo has not been taken care of well. There was mold in the laundry hamper, the mattress was hard as a rock, and the pool was constantly dirty. The condo in general was a lot louder this year than last year and interrupted our sleep every single night. We love the location and condo overall. Hopefully some of these issues will be resolved.

Wonderful location for a family vacation!

We booked with the previous owner and it was a very smooth transition to rent from WHAT’S UP BEACH. Checking in and out were super easy and the facility is gorgeous. It’s so close to the private beach and the pool is exceptionally clean. The grounds were maintained beautifully! The condo was nice but lacked comfortable furniture/beds. We found one fluffy throw blanket that I ended up sleeping with all week. The bedding, furniture, cookware, towels, etc. felt really cheap and low quality. I’d recommend the owner invests in more quality items for a more comfortable stay. Other than that, we loved the location and had an amazing trip. We are already looking for other condos for next year in Sterling Shores!
