The condo was fairly clean. The restroom could have had some attention. There were some splashes on the door and some fingerprints from a past occupant. The one bedroom is way too small for two people. You have to crawl over the bed practically to get out of the bed. But other than that, it was a really nice condo.

This was amazing place, great beach access, great views, perfect location close to everything, incredible beaches and amenities. Wish there were beach towels and more TP, but we loved it!! Thinking of making this an annual trip! Thank you!

Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation is here at Sterling Shores. With The Back Porch restaurant right across the steet we never left the property! We will be back! Don’t want to go home!

Enjoyed Sterling Shores condo overlooking large pool area, ocean view one block in front, second pool in between. Nice ramp to beach, great place to get showered off, beautiful white sand beach. Negative was requirement to pay expensive price for umbrella, chair rental or use your own chair, etc on back row! Most all rental properties in vicinity have similar policy except public beach.

The property was very nicely located but the unit was filthy. the carpet and the furniture had dirt allover. seemed like they had never been cleaned from the day of purchase. the rooms carpets were nasty and the sheets smelled disgusting. for the price you pay the apartment is not worth it. better spend that money at a hotel with clean sheets and rooms.

Overall it was good

Long story short we ran into some isssues( the fridge was broken which my partner had to take apart and fix among other issues) and the manager on duty, there is only 1 was quick to solving the issues. Other than that the pool is beautiful on the property and the beach was amazing however the gate to the beach they pad lock it around 10:30pm which we didn't know about and had to climb the fence with both our girls.Also, if you are a smoker, you have to go off the property to smoke. No smoking what so ever om the balcony or the parking lot. Over all it was good.

April 2017 Stay

My fourth time to stay at Sterling Shores. I've been very satisfied each time I've stayed there. Not really this time. First, when we arrived late (10pm) I went to the box to retrieve our packet. Found it, unloaded car, went upstairs, tried for 20 minutes...door code would not work. Finally had to call security to get In the room. In the room, it was clean, etc... but the head board on the King bed wasn't attached to the bed. Every time I moved the bed banged on the wall -- had to stuff pillows behind it to stop it. (**note... this couldn't be a "new" problem bc the paint is knocked off of the wall.) Went down the next morning to find out why our code would not work....I'd been given the wrong code. The condo is in need of gen updating. In the guest room you couldn't open the bathroom door all the way bc the door hit the bed. And finally when we tried to use the washer and dryer, the dryer did not work. Never dried our clothes, so we finally had to hang them up to dry. Lock on glass door didn't work.
