Welcome to La Chiocciola Apt 4 — a bright and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Ocean Park, designed for groups and families who want to experience Puerto Rico in style and comfort.
Step outside onto your stunning private terrace and soak in the warm Caribbean breeze — the perfect spot to relax, entertain, and unwind after a day of exploring San Juan. Inside, you will find fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless and comfortable.
One parking spot is available on-site (shared, first-come basis).
Location could not be better. Just 2 blocks from the beach, steps from the vibrant and colorful Loíza Street — San Juan's hub of art, food, and culture — and walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, and boutique shops. A 24/7 supermarket is just 5 minutes away, a famous local breakfast spot is right around the corner, and La Placita de Santurce is only 5–7 minutes away — the heart of San Juan's nightlife and food scene. We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host communicated quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The location was excellent—walkable to restaurants and other fun spots like La Placita, as well as safe, and very convenient for getting in and out in our rental car or Uber. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The ocean park beach was just an 18 min walk, so many dining options at a 5 min walk. Smooth check-in process. Everything was great! Just one suggestion: The lockbox for "4" can either be moved in the front or there should be a sign pointing to the direction.
