Heated Pool, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Formal Dining, and 2 Family Room, 2 kayaks, 2 adult bikes, 2 kid bikes and 2 scooters. 5 STARS LOCATION close to shopping centers, groceries stores, restaurants, attractions in less than 5 minutes distance. Your favorite place will be the TIKI HUT where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sunset and why not try your skills catching a fish & blue crabs (May-Aug) and watch the turtles.

Other things to note:
You and your family definitely deserve a vacation, and this house is definitely family friendly. My kids love going to cape coral. There is a water park nearby and beautiful beaches. I suggest going to Bonita beach park which has a beach side restaurant or Sharkie's in venice beach (best calamary I have ever eaten). Also Fort Myers beach has lots of restaurant and a fun beach atmosphere. Not to mention Captiva, Sanibel and Gasparilla beach. We are centrally located to all the great beaches and within 5 minutes from shopping, supermarket and many fast casuals. I think you will love it :)

• Family Room 2 : Oversized sectional sofa, Smart TV, and pool table

• Kitchen - stainless steel dishwasher, range, microwave, fridge, and small appliances like toaster, blender, and Keurig Coffee Maker.

• Formal Dining Set - sitting for up to 6 people

•Laundry in residence - washer and dryer included.

•Master bedroom - adjustable temper-pedic King Bed + TV

•2nd Room - adjustable temper-pedic Queen Bed + TV

•3rd Room - twin and full bunk beds, you can accommodate up to 6 people, smartTv, Xbox

•Exterior or Lanai area has patio furniture - conversation and dining set.

•Screened Pool, gas heated, can be used as a hot tub.

•Concrete dock with a Tiki Hut, bar, and sitting area with fire pit. Tiki has TV to enjoy the games and mini fridge to keep your drinks cold.

•Enjoy fishing off the dock and crabbing for blue crabs. The property has fishing rods for your use and crab cages. Please remember to stop by Walmart and pick up your license ($10). Walmart less then 1500ft away

•The whole family will enjoy turtle watching and feeding the turtles in the afternoon.

•Manatees will stop by and sun bath occasionally on dock across the water.

•A real treat to watch and enjoy all the different animals in the area.

•Tiki perfect for watching football on the smart tv while hanging out by the outdoor bar and keeping warm with friends by the fire pit.

Love the Turtle House

We had the pleasure of staying in the Turtle House for five weeks in the winter of 2025. The house exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful, updated furnishings and decor, to the many amenities such as: very comfortable beds in the master (king) BR and the queen guest room, both with adjustable bases to raise the head to whatever incline you choose (we didn't use the bunk room); to USB ports attached to bedside tables; to fleece throws in a basket in one of the living/family rooms; and a large basket filled with beach towels on the lanai. All three bedrooms have large screen TVs as well as both living/family rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer in the separate laundry room appeared to be brand new. The screened lanai had comfortable seating with another large screen TV plus an outdoor table and chairs for dining. The dock had a great tiki hut with lighting and seating and another large screen TV, plus four Adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit. And the heated pool was kept to a very pleasant 95 degrees.Margaret was very responsive to any communication we had with her. The one problem we encountered was the grill, which had a gas leak in the hose or coupling. Margaret had a brand new assembled grill delivered to us within two days.Our one suggestion would be to put a dresser in the queen BR closet or otherwise a lower shelf on which to place and/or hang clothes.We have already reserved the Turtle House for next winter.

Month vacation

The house was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. Close to local restaurants and bars, super Walmart and everything that we needed. The pool was amazing… heated to 80° which was very relaxing and very private due to high fences that blocked out neighbors. The outdoor area next to the pool had a tv outside where we spent most of our time. Being older we didn’t partake in the kayaks, bikes, and other options left for us, but was there if we wanted to. Margaret the host was wonderful. Any issues or concerns she was on it. We spent a month in this house and would do it again. Very reasonably priced as well.. Till next time🥰. Thanks for a great stay❤️

Pictures didn't do justice

Everything was awesome. Working with Margaret was great. She responded to texts very quickly. It was like home away from home! Unfortunately, not their fault, but the pool heater went out halfway through our stay and the new one came in the day we were leaving! They did their best to try and get one coming. The place was beautiful and well cared for. Look forward to staying there again!

Long Vacation

We stayed for 4 weeks. The house is absolutely gorgeous and conveniently located to grocery and restaurants. Margaret was a joy to deal with and very responsive to all my silly questions. Would definitely recommend!
