Monica was very communicative throughout the whole process and accommodating to the requests we made. The house was perfect, located just minutes walk from the beach and despite being pet-friendly, it was spotless. We would definitely stay here again

Great spot to stay! Clean large home with lots of space, a fenced front yard, and a great games room. The balcony makes for a great spot to BBQ looking out over the ocean with a glass of California wine while the sun sets!

We loved our stay here! The views from the plentiful windows, and the large deck, were absolutely breathtaking! Everything was set up for our stay with kitchen, bed, and bathroom towels, extra blankets, soap, etc. The host responded to our questions quickly and took care of us during our stay.This is a beautiful area with interesting scenery, don't miss checking out the aquarium in Crescent City and the Battery Point Lighthouse. Of course the Redwood National and State Parks are a big draw as well as the beaches. It was windy and a bit chilly in early May so some warm clothing and layers are helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I could see us staying here again when we come back for a visit!

We had a great time staying here. Perfect location close to the beach, house was clean and open with lots of amenities. Loved having all the charging options on the nightstands. Great place.

"We had a lovely time at this Oregon Coast home — the beds were cozy and the location made for a wonderful stay. Great family getaway/great views/responsive host

We were grateful for this home; the size, the amenities, the responsiveness of the host, and the location made this the perfect place to gather. There were a few hiccups with check in, supplies, and a billing error, but the host was incredibly responsive during and after our stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, it could use more seating in the main living area for large groups. We had 12 adults and 3 children. For smaller groups i would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Property

Huge house, everything included to make stay comfortable for a large group. Amazing sunsets and Full moon. Recommend for family gatherings or group of friends looking for relaxation and comfort.

Family Celebration of Life

A large group of us came together for a difficult event and one you want to be perfect. The home was lovely, clean, well supplied and in a great location. The beds were GREAT, and large space for family time was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better space to form memories together.

Clean and comfortable

Six of us stayed here 3 nights for a work trip. House was very clean, beds were super cozy and the views were incredible. Plenty of parking and Colton was easy to communicate with. He unobtrusively reached out multiple times but the house was perfectly set up and we didn’t need anything.

3 generations and 2 dogs celebrating our 23 year old baby of the family’s birthday!

We loved family board games around the big table, Bbqing and sitting around the fire making smores, and karaoke with youTube on the TV. Plenty of space for our large family to celebrate together or separate if needed. The view is lovely! Everything was clean and stocked well. The dogs felt welcome too. Thank you for everything! We had a super wonderful time! We highly recommend staying here!

The home was large, was in a good location, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The home has not been kept up. Upon entering, we were overwhelmed by the strong scent from multiple plug in air fresheners. So strong that they were giving us headaches and making my throat itch. We immediately unplugged them. Then we found the reason for them. The queen bedroom on the main floor smelled so bad of animals that we had to sleep with the window open every night. My husband refused to walk barefoot on the stained carpet because it was so gross. The downstairs closet also smelled horrible. There were gnats everywhere. The towels did not smell great, and the washing machine left clothes smelling musty. The built-in microwave didn't work, so they had a small one on the countertop to use. The dishwasher utensil basket was broken, so utensils fell through, and the sprayer stopped spinning, so the dishes never washed completely. The screen door was ripped and "repaired' with packaging tape, which had also come off. There was only one lightbulb in the light fixture in the queen bedroom on the main floor, and the lamp didn't have any lightbulbs. It was super dark. The master was also missing lightbulbs. They were stingy with supplies. No soap in the bathrooms for handwashing, 3 garbage bags, 1 use of tinfoil, very few basic spices, no oil or cooking supplies. I have stayed all over the world in vacation rentals and this one was subpar at best.

Nice but could've been nicer

House is roomy, beds comfortable but we swept the floors because they weren't. Its a pet friendly house which is great but the floors and furniture definitely had dog hair all over them. The garbage outside was already full so we brought ours home.

Ocean Getaway

My family plus a couple more families rented this big beautiful house! The weather was fantastic and the views were even better. The house is well equipped with everything you need including sand toys for the kiddos! The beds were comfortable, however the sleepers (couches) were a bit stiff. The hose out front help eliminate the sand problems and the drive way is big enough to play a game or 2 of cornhole. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the downstairs game room. House is big, spacious, and very clean! Thanks for having us!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and good condition of everything. The view from the balcony was lovely (great place to watch the sun set), the kitchen was open and easy for multiple people to work together in, and the parking was really good. The only issue we had was that the sofas both upstairs and downstairs did not make into beds easily, but we found two airbeds in the closet by the door that solved the problem. The host was really good about responding to our questions.
