What an amazing property we had the privilege of staying at. Communication is excellent from Alice and would highly recommend working with her in the future. This property is in a spectacular setting perched above the coast. Windows along the entire backside allow you to enjoy the incredible view and sound of the waves. The stairs to the beach enabled us to take walks along the shore every day. The kitchen was very well equipped and a pleasure to use. The primary bedroom had a Tempur-pedic bed and a huge bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property overall was perfect for the occasion we traveled for, and we truly enjoyed the home itself. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the communication and customer service experience we received from the individual managing the property.To be clear, we had no issues with response times or efficiency. However, the manner in which simple questions were handled was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Prior to making any changes or assumptions, we respectfully reached out to ask whether a few family members could briefly stop by during our first evening, not overnight guests, simply a short visit. Rather than receiving a courteous explanation or friendly reminder regarding house rules, the response we received was extremely rude, confrontational, and frankly intimidating. It was made that our reservation would be canceled or refunded simply for asking a harmless question.We completely understood and respected the property’s policies. The issue was never the rules themselves, but rather the unprofessional and overly aggressive way the situation was handled. Hospitality goes beyond providing a nice property, it also includes treating guests with basic courtesy and respect.I would strongly recommend improving customer service communication and overall guest etiquette for future stays. A simple, polite response would have made all the difference.

Amazing amenities. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Bar soap smelled delish. Comfortable beds. Robes hanging in the closet. GORGEOUS master suite. Game room was fun for the kids. Hot tub was hot and inviting. Stairs down tonthe beach were sturdy and not sketch.

Wow. This house has it all! The master suite is gorgeous. We kept the windows open at night for the soothing sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. Private access to beach, hot tub, walk to the harbor, what more could you ask for? We will be back!

The only thing we didn’t love about our stay was leaving! Everything was perfect and just as advertised. We stayed with our adult kids and grand babies. Everyone was comfortable and we all had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable and the view unbelievable!

The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was amazingly stocked for a cook. The best I have ever seen. The only issue was we had to go and buy TP. The host, Alice was wonderful and very helpful with anything or any questions. Again thankyou and will recommend this house tons!!

This was by far the most amazing place we have ever stayed! We do a annual brothers trip with 7 boys and this was the perfect location with close proximity to beaches, Rogue River, Golf, Fishing and endless adventures in Oregon to Enjoy. The place was a gem and was clean, and had all the amenities, views, and access. I will stay here every time I am in the area!! Well done

The house is well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the view and sound of the waves. So beautiful and relaxing. However, the bedroom next to the game room could use a little improvement: it lacks storage for clothing (no dresser or closet) and the only lighting is overhead…a night stand and table lamp would have been lovely. All that said, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
