First and foremost the view out the panoramic windows and from the huge deck is second to none. Incredible. Stairs to beach are safe, easy and have multiple rest benches. Great even for seniors. The beds are comfortsble, not too hard, not too soft, no mattress issues at all. Bathrooms are clean, have great towels, very good lighting and walk-in showers. Shower shoes would be a good idea for seniors in the downstairs bathrooms as the showers have tile floors. We never used the TV as the view from the living room was so captivating we had no interest in television. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although you may have to look a bit to find a particular utensil or knife, etc. Seemed like whomever was there before us put a little bit of everything in each drawer. We cooked every meal at house for 4 days and had everything we needed.Guest have access to garage from inside house in order to get beach chairs and charcoal bbq. Propane bbq would be nice but we used the charcoal one twice and it worked really well. The location of this house alone makes it worth the cost. It is called Pelican Path for a reason. Make sure to be home and looking for Pelicans in the afternoon, if the wind is right they will fly up the coast above the bluff about 15 feet at most right over the deck. I am already planning to come back.
