Yacht Club Amenities galore with gated access, 2 sparkling pools, indoor hot tub, his & her saunas, gym, Billiards Room and fishing piers!

This completely refurbished condo is bright and inviting with everything designed for comfort and relaxation. If you choose to cook and dine from your home away from home, the kitchen is fully stocked making it a breeze to create. Feel like grilling, there is a patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. The sunroom is cheerful and enclosed to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing second living and dining space.

You will find lots to do within the Yacht Club with 2 swimming pools, fitness center, saunas, pool table, and fishing piers! You only have a 5 minute walk to Madeira Beach and 5 min drive to John’s Pass. Close to most amenities including grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants & bars, tennis/pickle ball courts and a playground for the little ones.

What you really came for is the natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway beckons you where dolphins and seabirds play. There is a sidewalk next to the Intracoastal that follows the entire complex and leads to fishing piers and beautiful water views. From here you can see boats passing, and the Madeira Beach (Tom Stuart) Causeway with drawbridge. All along the sidewalk are concrete picnic tables with umbrellas and benches for anyone to use. It's not uncommon to see dolphins, manatees, and fish jumping during your walk.
Upon booking, please immediately provide us first and last names of guests staying and home address! This is needed for parking pass HOA application, which must be submitted by me 7 days in advance of stay!

If grill is used during your reservation please be sure to clean after with the provided grill brush.

Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
