This spectacular 2nd floor, highly desirable corner unit has an impressive 1,188 interior square feet featuring 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The property is uniquely positioned in the development and receives excellent cross breezes consistently. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The sleeping configurations feature a Queen Sized bed in the Master with 2 Queen
sized beds in the second bedroom.
This unit has ocean views & a beautiful wrap around lanai.

The Living Room is spacious & comfortable, allowing one to access the lanai from both sides.

Enjoy a walk in shower in the the Master Bathroom and a tub/shower combination in the guest bathroom.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with Granite countertops. It has all of the appliances and accessories one could yearn for.

Unit#6-201 is fully equipped with linens with several extra sets for your convenience.

BEACH READY! Enjoy the equipment provided & tennis racquets for the courts on site!

The Lanai has a table & chairs for outdoor dining.

The parking space for unit#6-201 is right in front of building 6, perfect easy access for people who have difficulty walking long distances. There are lots of visitor spaces if needed as well!

THE VIEWS: Enjoy a partial ocean view, or a wide open view of the golf course! It’s a highly desirable end corner unit on the ocean end of
building #6.
Ready to BBQ?! Common area propane BBQ’s & a charcoal BBQ pit are just at the end of the grassy area right in front of the condo.
They are kept up by the complex association. There is also a Pavilion close to the condo buildings for larger get togethers!

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club has 3 lighted tennis courts, a newly remodeled pool, a clubhouse by the pool and courts which features soft drink machines as well.

You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club! We are a close walk to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing, and a short drive to Magic Sands Beach for playing in the waves and the sand. KTA market is right up the road from us, close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center immediately close by has a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants and other shops.

We loved staying here during our vacation. The unit was very clean and had plenty of sitting room in the kitchen, living room, and the Lenai, where we had most of our meals. The complex is nice and quiet and very well maintained. Our unit didn’t have air conditioning but there were plenty of fans provided which drew in the cooler air at night. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed including water filters for drinking water. We used the community grills as well to cook some of our food which was nice. It was fun to go watch the waves and the sunset within short walking distance from our condo. Overall it was great and we would stay again!

Beautiful Kona

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and welcoming, and very spacious for our party of five. The location is convenient to town and the beach, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The lanai is great for sitting with a cup of coffee in the morning, and the large dining area was great. We would definitely recommend this property.A few comments (not complaints!): Some sort of luggage bench or rack would be helpful. There is no place to put cases when unpacking/packing so they either have to be on the floor or on the pretty bed coverings—which I’m sure the owners wouldn’t appreciate. In the master suite, the only electrical outlets are on the walls away from the nightstands, so cords for phones (or a CPAP machine) end up as tripping hazards stretched across the floor. Since there looks to be an outlet behind the bed for the bedside lamps, a simple power strip from behind the bed to the nightstand(s) would have been very helpful.

Great time!

Super clean and well equipped condo! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Lots of gear for outdoor activities. The only downside is no ac unit.

Peaceful Kona Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at this corner unit. Wrap around deck was great for children and entertaining. Unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The weather was nice so the fans were adequate to keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature. There were great recreation facilities with a beautiful pool and picnic area. Even though the area has many units, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Only drawback was no elevator and bags had to be carried up two flights of stairs.

Beautiful comfortable condo

This property is just as beautiful as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped (stainless steel pans!) There were many beach amenities to choose from. It was far enough away from Kona that made the area quiet and not busy. Only 15 minutes into the main part of Kona. We could walk to a beach next to the complex and a short drive to many other beaches. You can watch the sunset on a walkway behind the condos facing the ocean. The property was just as pictured.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mid March trip. Thankfully the temps remained “cooler” never getting much over 80, so the unit was fine. They had lots of additional fans available. We appreciated borrowing beach chairs and boogie boards, plus a small lunch cooler. Nice to find kitchen equipment was well accounted for. Pickleball was from 8-9 most every morning, casual, kind group of folks.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The photos do not do this property justice! It is a beautiful corner unit with a huge lanai. The owners have put so much though into the unit and everything we needed was provided. It is close to beaches, a grocery store is just a 3 minute drive away, and the property has a pool, is on the shore and overall is just gorgeous. The property manager was great checking in on us. They needed to access the property while we were staying but gave us plenty of notice and were respectful of our timing and needs. We stayed here with our three children for a week and loved every minute. We were super appreciative of the boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella and more. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would definitely book here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, quiet, close to downtown and beaches. The condo's kitchen had everything we needed along with beach gear and pickle ball sets for the onsite court. After dinner at Quinn's (so good) we watched the sunset from the shore (30sec walk from condo) and had a relaxing swim at the pool. In the morning we sat on the lani and drank coffee and took in the beautiful view. The condo must have been recently updated because it looks better then the pictures. It was so cute! Love the vintage pictures above the couch. We will definitely be back.

Best place ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just had the best first trip to Hawaii! The unit has definitely had some renovations recently and didn't go unnoticed! My husband and I were here with our good friends and we had plenty of room and it was nice to have our own bathrooms. The views of the golf course are beautiful and it was so nice just to take a 30 second walk to the shoreline for sunsets. The unit was clean and well stocked - from the kitchen to the beach supplies. The complex was immaculate and we loved using the pool after our busy days of excursions. Great location- close to town, yet far enough away for quiet evenings. The manta snorkel was definitely the highlight of our trip- bonus that it was less than a 5 minute drive from the unit! Thank you for hosting us- we have made some really amazing memories!

the pros: enjoyed the lanai. the coolers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, the many beach towels and beach chairs was a huge plus! pantry also had oil, salt, pepper, even a rice cooker as we ended up cooking half of the time here since there wasn't much restaurants nearby and everything closes so early. glad to have a sofa bed that actually works and the beds were comfy. had Tupperware so we could pack a beach lunch too. I also didn't see a single cockroach! did find a baby gecko in the bathroom that we released back outside. mosquitos also kept coming in somehow despite having closed screens. now the cons: had trouble finding the place, for those reading this review, upon entering the gate, turn left until you hit building 6. no AC but portable AC units would've been nice. I thought the heat was tolerable, but my family said it was too hot even with all the fans blowing. the bath towels were extremely worn and stained. we did tell mgmt they need new ones, so hopefully the next guests will have some new towels. more toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent would be nice. although it was stated in the agreement, if this is a place for 8 people, 4 rolls of toilet paper will barely last 2 days. at least there was enough soap and shampoo. for those who like to sleep in, birds start chirping pretty loudly at exactly 6am, and we couldn't fall back asleep afterwards.overall, I would return to stay again. enjoyed our stay. mahalo.

This is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The location was great for beaches and seeing the island. The condo was quiet and spacious. We loved that the host had snorkeling gear, a cooler, and beach towels (and an umbrella) to use while there. It didn’t have air conditioning, but the condo got a great breeze with the windows open, and we didn’t need AC. Although the pool is not heated, it was also warm and nice. Our kids spent at least an hour swim every day. The condo also had walking access to the beach. The sunsets were amazing. The kitchen was stocked with many appliances and spices, which made it easy to cook some meals at home. The beds were comfortable. I really only have positive things to say about this place! The hosts put a lot of thought into making sure it was stocked with everything you could need, and we really felt like we were at home there. It looks like it’s been recently renovated with nice flooring and updated countertops in the kitchen. It was helpful to have drying racks and a washer/ dryer there. I highly recommend this condo. If we take another trip to The Big Island, I would absolutely want to stay here again!!

Lovely Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the resort and grounds, and this particular condo was really nice. Lots of space and really enjoyed the porch. The only downsides were:-- the condo was VERY warm, uncomfortably so at times, even with all of the fans (thank you) that were provided-- was disappointed that only one single-use box of laundry detergent was provided; had to buy our own, which ends up being way more than we need, yet we can't bring it home/on the plane; it would go a long ways if owners/managers could provide a week's worth of laundry detergent, especially in hot/humid climates where you're sweating through clothes daily.-- dishwasher detergent bottle was essentially empty upon arrival; management did respond by bringing by some pods that would last us for the week, which was much appreciated.-- to get to nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park (which beware, it does close at times for coral spawning), you have to walk on the main road;was hoping there was a path off the main road to walk there, but it's all private/no-trespassing-- there are beautiful tennis courts on the grounds, but there was no information on whether racquets were available at the site's management desk.

Great unit, very clean and nice view. The complex is great and had easy beach access and pool. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy and some other unit guest that arrived the day before we left were very noisy. All in all a good stay.
