Boasting an unbeatable beachfront location, you'll enjoy epic ocean views from the condo's private location while never being more than just a few steps from the sand and surf. Incredible on-site amenities like a pool, hot tub, and fitness center add extra ways to enjoy your stay. The Pier at Garden City and a variety of great local shops, cafes, and dining options can be found within a mile of the condo. Tupelo Bay Golf Center is within a two-mile drive. Family-friendly Myrtle Beach attractions are within a 10-mile radius.

The condo itself offers the perfect place to relax when you're not out indulging in sun-soaked fun. The ocean-view balcony is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The full kitchen features updated counters and all the major appliances you'll need for home cooking, including a dishwasher. Two sofas and a large smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living area. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Enjoyed this condo so much !! Everything was so nice and clean and the view was amazing. From check in to checkout it was very efficient. We had no issues and if I had any questions they were right there to answer it !

Very nice

The place is nice. A little dated and some old dirt in places that just never got dealt with but nothing that we needed to complain about. Will use this place again next year!!!

Nice vacation week!

Very clean condo. Nice kitchen and appliances. Didn't do any cooking but enough essentials if I had choose to. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the deep bath tubs! Very pleased and plan to use this same condo next year.

Obviously great location right on the beach. The only thing is the door code is very long numbers to remember or if yiu have you hands full. Sometimes the handle was hard to know if you pull up or down and the door was very heavy to push open at times.The knobs on the bathroom sinks seemed loose and the hall bathroom one even pulled off one tome so we had to push down to work it or turn to right temperature. Great stay and place and would recommend. Thanks.

The condo was adaquate for our stay. It needs painting and updating. The shower curtain in one bathroom was a liner and only had half of the rings holding it on the pole. I found some more rings and put them on myself. Also, many of the curtain hooks were missing or unhooked. We had a nice stay but will select another room next time.

Terrible

Dirty outdated black mold in ceiling rust on doors toilet runs for a long time dishwasher full of half clean dishes coffee pot where filter goes had mold took me 30 minutes to scrub clean bar stool seating most of the fabric missing just a disgrace for the money that was paid never again don’t waste your time or money.

Huge Regret

The location of course is great. We have stayed at Water's Edge 3 times previously. This unit is a disgrace. So beat up; walls half painted; busted and dirty deck furniture; needs a definite paint job and the grout in the floor tile is so black it made me sick. My husband is disabled. The bedrooms have NO overhead lighting or ceiling fans. Pass on this one. Thank goodness we were only there 2 nights and believe me it was two too many.

Disappointing

Even though only the bare minimum was offered and the decor dated, I was content with the beachfront. But a commode ran the entire night. I reported it the next morning, as i literally lost the entire night of sleep. I did all for some compensation, preferably a 1 hour late check out. Before checking out i tripped over an unsecured threshold. When i reported this i again asked for a one hour late checkout. I was told to check back in a few days, at that time i had 30 minutes to be out.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Black mold is present in many of the areas of the house. Based on reviews, mold has been an issue, that has not be addressed. This is a complete health hazard. Condo should not be rented out until mold remedy is solved. Emails and calls to rental agency went unanswered during stay. Sliding glass door to balcony does not work, this was also a previous issue that has not been resolved. Bathroom faucet in master bathroom does not work, it is broken. Condo was dirty and outdated. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this condo to anyone. It is a safety hazard and health hazard. Condo should not be rented out.

The condo was very clean. It came with a starter pack of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet tissue and paper towels. Super helpfulThe staff was very accommodating when I reported a loose toilet and the hot water being incredibly tepid. They came and fixed my concerns immediately.I had a great stay. I will definitely return next year .
