Overall, the experience was good. Host responded to my needs quickly. Very few instructions to finish out when we left which was nice!

Lovely apartment tucked into a gated neighborhood, spacious and clean inside, very comfy couch and bedding, excellent full kitchen for cooking, big TV, plenty of desk/table space, and lots of cozy blankets. Front door is tucked away beside/behind the garages. The pool was closed for the season, so there wasn't anywhere to sit outside, but it's so comfortable inside we didn't mind at all. Host is great, and we hope to stay again!

Mostly clean but we did find a few cockroaches. We would have liked newer blankets and cooking utensils. Communication and check in was excellent. It's very close to the strip which we loved but it wasn't located in a very desirable area. We were also a little confused with the parking situation but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Had our own little parking spot right in front of the house. House was in a nice little shaded area so it wasn’t hot. House was very nice looked modern and very clean and the bathroom was even better. The bed and couch were both so comfortable I didn’t want to get up.

It was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect, close to the airport and to the strip. Everything was clean and check in was easy. Parking was my only complaint as someone kept parking directly in front of the door with a large truck making it difficult to get to my door with a big bag.

It was very close to the strip and the airport. Full kitchen was nice. The bed was nice and soft but not too soft for me and my husband. Had extra blankets, extra pillows. TV in the bedroom.Living room couch was comfy with a big TV. Bathroom/shower was nice and fully stocked with towels, soaps & shampoo/conditioner. Usually had to park across from the complex, which was only a step away from our door. Only downfall for us was no backyard. But we made it work.

Comfortable Clean and Cool

The inside was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it and would stay again. The location is 10 minutes from the LV convention.

This VRBO property was sufficient for our needs. I was quite surprised with the airport being so close, the planes did not bother us at all. When you drive in to the complex, it is a little dated but the neighbors we spoke to were all nice and we felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom looks recently remodeled. The closet was quite large and the kitchen was completely full if you choose to cook. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to get in and out of the complex even with all the construction.

Vegas Baby.

We came into town for a concert. This property wasn’t far from where we needed to be. It served its purpose. We only used VRBO because casino hotels can be hit or miss regardless of price point. The remote to the ceiling fan in the lofted sleeping area was never found. Even though I was told it was there. Not having the ceiling fan in the hottest part of the condo wasn’t ideal. Otherwise everything was a-OK.

Wonderful Property

We stayed at this wonderful property March 13-17, 2024 while attending the Mountain West Conference Basketball Championship. It is located in an older fourplex community, and at first glance one may be skeptical; but once you entered the property it was a whole different experience. It was everything we anticipated; beautiful, updated, well appointed, with all the amenities you need for your stay and very comfortable. I would say it may be one of the nicest properties within this complex. We attend the Tournament yearly and will look at staying here in the future. The property manager/owner, Mary was very helpful and attentive! Finally, it was very close to all the action, yet just far enough away.

Would not recommend

Pros of this house: - house was beautiful on the inside. Well, decorated. - Gated Cons: - Did not feel safe in the area it was in as a single female. - Lots of trash around the dumpster (dirty mattresses, furniture) -Shady people walking around within the gated area. - Did not feel comfortable going from my car to the condo - Owner would not refund any $ because it was after the week. Said her hands were tied. If you are going to stay in the place go with a group of people would be my advice.

Hi Alicia, sorry that you feel uncomfortable out side the unit. It is a gated community with security around the premises. The trash was full due to it's the last day before pick up and it is out of our control because this is the community trash bin and it's not our personal trash from the unit. We have raise our concern with the HOA, which we pay $1000 a month to maintain the out side and the security. Thank you

Nice unit, very clean and nicely decorated. Some things were not clean, such as one of the shower glass doors. Some of the walls showed nail holes, gaps, as if the remodeling was done quick. The bed looked very nice and felt nice, too. But the topper seemed slight larger than the actual bed mattress, and I almost slipped off from the side. Also, the area wasn't very nice. We didn't encounter any issues oustide the parking lot, but late at night it was almost full. It was satisfactory, but I wouldn't have paid what I paid for a location like that. However, given that we found this spot available 1-day before our need, overall the unit was satisfactory. I would get this unit again if offered at a less rate. One thing I would point out is that the bottom key lock was a hassle to unlock. So much it would take us (my husband and I) 15-minutes to take the key out the lock. It puzzles me that the owner did not find this a big inconvenience. Instead of fixing it, it was left for us to deal with. I did memtion this to the owner at the end of our quick stay, so hopefully the lock got changed.
