I truly did like the property but the listing did not match what the home was showing once in the property. The house was listed as an entire house and the top portion of the house was separated from the basement of the house. The first part of my stay was great and enjoyed the amenities that were listed, I was disappointed that the listing did not match what I rented for the week.The first 3 days were great and the last part of the stay was disappointing. I thought the lack of hot water was just that the water heater just needed to play catch up. Sadly, the last 3 days of my stay I was without hot water and my very last day. I drew a bath and ended up not being able to take a bath or shower because there was on hot water. I was so disappointed because I could not take a shower or bath my last few hours before leaving!

Wasilla wedding

We were here for a family wedding in Palmer. My brother lives in Wasilla and was just a 10 minute drive away. The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean. We could have benefited from instructions on using the tv, but honestly we weren’t there much of the day.The neighbor next door had a large collection of junk cars, as did a few others near by. A distraction but not a problem.

Beautiful house

Great location that felt like it was in the country but was only 15 minutes to "downtown". Really enjoyed our stay.

Juneau visit

Only issue was some slight communication during check in. Son was looking for a bench outside when the bench wss inside yhe door. First time we checked in where the door was unlocked. Was new to us. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great Stay

House is very nice and has a fantastic kitchen. The host communicates well and check in/check out was super easy. House is very clean, beds are comfortable and the master bathroom has an amazing tub that my granddaughter didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Wasilla.

Home away from Home in Alaska!

I recently had the pleasure of booking this Vrbo stay for my family in the breathtaking wilderness of Wasila, Alaska, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sheer natural beauty that surrounded us. What truly set this stay apart was the thoughtful attention to detail from our hosts. The place was well equipped with all the amenities and pantry and felt like a home. The absence of light pollution allowed us to witness the night sky in all its glory, a sight that will forever be etched in our memories. Additionally, the property's proximity to various attractions meant that we could explore the wonders of Denali National Park and other Alaskan treasures with ease.

Beautiful home owners live below

The property was very clean and nice bedrooms / bathrooms. The only “con” (which isn’t fully a negative thing just nice to know before getting to the property) is that the home owners live below- so the steps to the basement are blocked off with a fake wall and other cars are in the driveway.
